What a terrible, 7 hour day for government prosecutors on Thursday!
I'm disgusted that the defense would present a late notice, expert [Griffin, Ph.D] with such disrespect for the Court. Griffin's display in court is exactly why the public believes paid experts simply lean to the side writing the check.
Brown was clever enough to make sexually provocative statements to her evaluator. She may have a lower IQ than the rest of the population but she knows her legal rights and when and how to use them. She's no stranger to the court.
Both of these defendants committed an atrocity on a baby girl and it fires me up that we have to listen to these arguments in an attempt to suppress their statements while in custody.
Sadly, justice will be slow for our victim and her family. It will be years before these defendants finish in federal court (federal kidnapping charge) and will finally have their state trials where they are facing the death penalty. MOO
