Missing Calera teenager found safe in north Shelby County

Authorities with Calera Police and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency say a missing juvenile is believed to be in danger and are asking for your help in locating her.
Authorities say 15-year-old Lindsey Ann Denney was last seen Friday, April 17 in the area of Dunwar Drive at a residence near Eagle Park in Calera.

The Calera Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Lindsey Ann Denney. Lindsey is a 15 year old white female and believed to be in danger. She was last seen on April 17, 2026, at approximately 7:00 pm in the area of Dunwar Drive in Calera. Lindsey was last seen wearing a blue or black hoodie and purple Nike shorts. If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Lindsey Ann Denney, please contact the Calera Police Department at (205) 668-3505 or call 911.

The family has provided a more recent photo of Lindsey, which has been added to this flyer. Her hair is blonde with pink and blue highlights.
