That is incredible. Is their jurisdiction, residential address, considered in the city limits or would it be a county LE agency? Contact the state police agency and the mother should enlist the help of her local representatives on the state level. Call the DA's office. In other words, start making phones ring and get her name in the front of people that can shake the trees. Where is the media??? This town/city has 14,000 plus residents and is considered a tourist attraction, or at least that is the way the city promotes itself. If they don't want bad publicity, they should at least speak to her mother. jmo Call the mayor. This is not okay!

We as WSers have done all the above for previous cases. Personally, I'm ready if no one will respond to mom's calls.

Great ideas!!!

and I hope Lisa's mom has saved ALL of her unanswered/ignored emails, etc.

She might want to make hard (or paper) copies of them, as well!!!

The father's story just doesn't quite fit...
If Chris, Lisa and the daughter were the only ones in the home, why would he leave her and their daughter at the house to get his truck out of a ditch, knowing Lisa was going to be picked up that morning to go to work…which would leave the daughter there by herself?

IPad keeps erasing..
all I,can say is I so agree!

I had typed out and submitted one of my longwinded posts late last night here on Lisa's thread and of course one of the very few times I stupidly chose to just type it straight into the text box at the bottom of the page rather than typing in my text editor and then copy/pasting it into the text box..as is my luck the post magically disappeared into thin air after hitting the submit buttonn. Arrgghh!

Anyhoo back to Lisa.. I am feeling her poor mother's angering frustration in what very much appears to be what I would call straight up OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE due to family ties:furious:.. My heart goes out to especially Lisa's mom and her 22 month old beautful baby girl who I know is and has been missing her mommy terribly.. It further makes my blood boil about the selfish b@st@rd, husband and father who IMO is absolutely directly responsible for Lisa's no longer being with her beautiful little girl..

Sadly my opinion is that by the time Lisa's boss arrived at her home Saturday morning to give Lisa a ride to work.. IMO Lisa was already gone by that time(and not by her own choosing).. I strongly believe that when Chris came home late night/early morning hours of his Friday night bar bender in what was likely pitifully smashed shape of being dogged azz drunk.. I believe that it was in this state that something horrific played out against Lisa.. I certainly pray that baby girl was somehow protected from seeing or hearing the violence against her mommy that IMO likely ensued upon his arriving home.. I pray that she was in a part of the home that allowed her safety in being shielded from what her daddy inflicted on her momma:(

But now what is occurring in the aftermath is an all out injustice and IMO legally prosecutable offenses regarding those local LE that are blatantly mishandling this case essentially allowing IMO a violent murderer to continue to walk free.. There blatant negligence is actually causing what is very likely irreparable damage to the future case against the individual who has taken Lisa away from her baby girl and loved ones.. The amount of time that has already passed has allowed for crucial evidence to be lost, destroyed, concealed, and healed.. What I mean by healed is that IMO its very likely that Lisa in fact put up a great fight for her life inflicting injuries on her perpatrator.. Injuries that if properly documented would be key pieces of extremely important and damning evidence against him.. At this point in time that evidence is no more..forever lost..and further allowing for this monster to never be held accountable for his crimes against Lisa..

That is just one tiny example of what is being permanently lost and destroyed of the crucial evidence that is necessary in order to successfully prosecute the perpatrator.. The list goes on and on and the more time that passes obviously the more likely it is that he literally may get away with murder..jmo..

IMO intervention must IMMEDIATELY happen WRT the local LE that is hindering this investigation and most importantly hindering her loved ones from bringing Lisa home in whatever capacity that they can.. It is infuriating and we have got to do something NOW to ensure no more time, evidence, and justice is lost to finding and bringing home Lisa and then having justice served on her behalf to the absolute fullest exent of the law!

Please, rolltidemom LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN HELP GET THIS DONE!!.. tho most us are not local I am certain there are in fact things that we still can do to help this precious family bring home Lisa, ensure her beautiful baby girl is safe, unharmed, and surrounded by family who love and will protect her(as well as make sure that as she grows up that she knows just how very much her mommy loves her), as well as ensure that justice is not allowed to slip thru the cracks due to Local LE family ties..

All jmo.

Great post...

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE through family ties is most appropriate term... And should be outed at once!

Hey everyone! I live about an hour from Eufaula. I heard nothing of this case until TODAY and that was only because of Facebook! I am curious... where in South Alabama does her Mom live? You can't get much further south than where I am.

Officer that took missing report is Donald Brown with Eufaula PD. He knows to contact Lisa's mother. Instead, he ignores her calls. She has called and emailed Chief but no return calls or emails yet. Looks like she will be making a road trip! She is getting very aggravated with them to say the least.

It would be a good idea to re-contact the local newspaper, tv and radio stations to let them know that her e-mails and calls to the investigator and the chief have ben ignored. Make sure the media understands about the very recent surgery.

Has Mom contacted the doctor who did the surgery to let him know that hubby says she just took off? He might have some pull with the police if he is willing to let them know her condition is still delicate. He would also know if she is in danger without certain meds.

I am sorry to say, I don't believe she left at all. It would be very easy to deliver a fatal blow to a person in her post operative condition. I wish the baby was not with his mother. If it turns out he killed her, his mom will be in a position to get custody of the child if Dad goes to prison. Probably would be very bad for the child, in my opinion.

Buggsmom was great to start this map

Looks to me like a lot of off street parking and parking lots, wheres this ditch he got stuck in? It wasn't raining so there's no mud issues to deal with? This is really upsetting as its the 2nd case I've come across in 2 days that the LE are lacking in their efforts (meaning none) Holly Elischer case being the other one. And the husbands are not doing a darn thing to help. I've got flags going off on both of these.

I think her friends from there including her boss should go to the police station and make some noise. :banghead:

How did he get home if his truck was stuck? Who brought him home?

Was she on any medication that she didn't take with her? This whole packing thing sets off every Hinky meter I have. IMO

I'm assuming his truck-in-the-ditch was within walking distance. The bar is only 1.9 miles from home. Knowing where the truck was might be the giant key to finding Lisa.

If there is mud on the truck (which by now would most likely be washed off) I would guess there are little side roads that lead to the swampy(?) water areas.
Maybe some locals could give more insight to that area and if the water is accessible from the road.

What exactly was mom told when she filed the report?

I apologize that I can't answer all of these questions. I really am trying to find out every piece of info I can for everyone. I am helping Lisa's Mom and Lisa's best friend (whom is also a very good friend of mine). I told them I would take care of WS since I was already a member. This is why sometimes the information I post may get corrected from time to time. I post what they tell me and things happens like, Lisa's husband changes his story or they get false information from a source in Eufaula, so I come straight back here and correct anything I have posted. It is just as confusing to me as it is to all of you, on top of being heartbreaking seeing Lisa's family and friends ripped to pieces because they are getting no answers whatsoever. Just bare with me and I will do my best to keep you all informed with the facts.:banghead:

It looks like it may be in an un-incorporated area of the county- which would make it Sheriff jurisdiction if it is. Also- at this point- I would have doctor involved, and the Alabama version of the GBI here in GA... And call CUE....ASAP

When was the last time she was seen by someone other then her husband? What day? Or even heard from?

I was told:
Thursday night they decided to separate
Friday night she worked and then went home. He went to a party/bar drinking until 2:00am
Saturday morning he got up at 8:00 am . Apparently he got his truck stuck in a ditch after leaving the bar so he left at 8:00 am to go get it out of the ditch.
Around 1:00 pm he got back home and she was packing. He then left to take the baby to his Moms.
When he got back she was gone.
I think the only person she talked to was a friend named Daphne and that conversation was Friday night/Sat early AM about her being worried that he was out drinking. Her boss went to get her Sat morning for work but nobody came to the door.

I'm bring this forward.

It has been TWO weeks since anyone has seen or talked to Lisa besides her HUSBAND :furious::furious::furious:

This is 2012; why is this missing person report not being taken seriously and investigated??

I am so dumbfounded by the whole situation....

TMK Lisa's friend that lives in Eufaula spoke to her Fri night late/ Sat morning early regarding her husband being out at the bar drinking and that worried her.
