No activity on bank cards at all. No activity on phone. I think they are trying to subpoena phone records now. At least that is what Lisa's Mom was told. However, some of Lisa's post on her FB are mysteriously disappearing:waitasec:

Her husband must know her password.

Take screen shots of her facebook pages right away and copy them to a word document for future reference: hit the Prt Scn button on your key board, then open a word document and Control V. With some laptops, you have to use Fcn Prt Scn.

So, Friday, October 26, she was home with the baby. Late that night she spoke to a friend. The following day she was gone. I'm trying to get a timeline in my head ... so ... was it 1 PM that her work-ride arrived ... and is that when the husband said that she wandered off with 8 shoes and 4 outfits ... presumably in the morning?

It sounds very much like he came home in a drunken stupor, was angry that she wanted to leave him, and he did something to her.

It was a little after 8 am when her boss came by. At 8 am he supposedly woke up and went to get the truck out of the ditch, leaving her and the baby home. When he got home at 1 pm she was packing so he left to take the baby to his mom. When he got back she was gone. He said she took 4 pairs of shoes and some nice dresses, her phone charger and digital camera.

Can the mom go to the news ... get one of the reporters to go with her to the police station ... ask what is being done to find her? If police are refusing to help, that should be of interest to everyone in the community ... and the news reporters.

Her Mom lives about 5 hours away and certain circumstances of which I am not knowledgeable of have kept her from traveling except when she went to file the missing persons report. I know she works a lot and is not in a position to take time off. I honestly believe she is at her wits end with getting no answers from LE so I see a trip to Eufaula in her near future. My friend is also planning a trip. She may go tomorrow. Hopefully Lisa's Mom can ride with her.

How long does someone need to be missing, under mysterious circumstances, before LE takes it seriously and starts doing a forensic investigation and intense interrogation? This missing person is a mother and left her child behind! That to me calls for urgency!!!

ROLLTIDEMOM. You are doing a fantastic job, we understand what you are doing and for that matter, doing a very good job.

I am wondering what the plan was as to when they were going to seperate? When was she going to leave, where was she going to go etc.? If she was talking to friends, i'm sure someone either opened their house to her and her child or she had some kind of plan. Just wondering what that plan was if any.

I'm not sure on that one. I know they talked Thursday night and decided to separate. I honestly don't think they made any real plans. I don't think they had enough time between work and him going out to the bar, to sit down and talk about it. I do know that the reason he claims he did not go to LE when she left is because he wanted to "wait until Monday" so he could go to an attorneys office and file for custody.

I sent the missing person flyer and asked they do a story to the following TV stations:

•WTVM (Channel 9; COLUMBUS, GA)
•WRBL (Channel 3; COLUMBUS, GA)
•WLTZ (Channel 38; COLUMBUS, GA)

So she took the digital camera too?

How convenient... if he had some incriminating pix on it...

Just a thought...

I hope Lisa's mom can stay until Monday at least. I'm afraid that it would be very unlikley that the investigator or the Chief would be available to meet with her on the weekend, even if they weren't already avoiding her. News media usually gives their senior people weekends off, leaving the newbies to handle the weekend news reports.

I know LE has rules, reguations and criteria on who, when, where and what when dealing with missing people...esp adiuts....but sometimes common sense has to take over and has to pass the sniff test and this does not. I hope to GOD they are not avoiding her mother because of family and/or friends being in LE....Are they so busy in this town that they can not put at least 1 person investigating? It does not take a rocket scientist to know a very loving mother with some past medical problems would not walk...literally walk out of her life esp with no cell phone or credit card usage. The more and more of these cases I follw the more aggravated I get.

We have a 15 yo boy right now in Camden County that has not been seen since 5 am yesterday morning and he has been known to run away so I can sorta understand why no urgency but some cases, such as Lisa's needs some urgency!

Lisa's doctor is a MANDATED reporter. He has to report a suspected abuse or maltreatment. I would seriously work this route with him. He can report to the Sheriff's dept rather than the local LE.
Due to her former brain surgery and her recent surgery- she is technically disabled- even if the disability is considered temporary. And- she is supposed to undergo more brain surgery.

ETA: Also- technically- if she misses the follow up appointments or next ear surgery- he can report that she is a danger to herself- then LE has to look for her too... Any way you can get them to actively do something

"In many U.S. states and Australia, mandated reporters are professionals who, in the ordinary course of their work and because they have regular contact with children, disabled persons, senior citizens, or other identified vulnerable populations, are required to report (or cause a report to be made) whenever financial, physical, sexual or other types of abuse have been observed or are suspected, or when there is evidence of neglect. These professionals can be held liable by both the civil and criminal legal systems for intentionally failing to make a report, but their name can also be withheld."

Did he apply for custody? That's an interesting detail.

Maybe she decided to take pictures of him when he came home plastered ... proof of who he really is in a custody dispute ... that would be enough to make a drunk person really mad. The camera could have been damaged.

And would she plan to wait around for him to do so? That does not even make sense. Also, from what people who know her say, she would not simply stand by while he tries for custody.

This may have been mentioned but he left his Truck the night before, possibly walked home and yet he left at 7-8am and didn't make it back till 1pm? Where was he? The truck was only 1.9 ( I think I have this right) away. Why so long? IMO

It makes no sense that a woman decides to end the marriage ... takes the camera, cell phone charger, 4 pair of shoes, a couple of nice dresses and wanders down the road.

Clearly custody was an issue if he thought he had to get the custody papers started first thing Monday morning. The interesting point is whether he contacted a lawyer for custody, or whether he decided it was no longer important. Also, if the first thing he did is take his daughter to his mother, why did he want custody?

BBM:

I have got to go to bed after this last post...

Partly because I am tired...

And partly becuase I am getting slap happy...

The items CW claimed his wife packed before she supposedly "walked away from her home and family".... if it weren't so big a part of this tragic, frustrating situation.. would be incredibly funny!

Imagine... you (or your wife) were leaving for good...and all you (or she) took were::

-dresses
-4 pairs of shoes
-phone charger... but no phone
-digital camera
-No hygiene items
-no car

This would be laughable... if it wasn't a made up story from a husband who as done absolutely nothing to help find his missing wife, and mother of his young child!:what:

ETA; I just thought what it reminds me of... these supposedly packed items reminds me of what someone would have in his/her bag coming home from a "Scavenger Hunt"...

Just a group of random and bizarre items!!

Sorry... I am REALLY off to bed now! :seeya:
