I remember the terrible outlash and skepticism when AH was found alive, and she had suffered a horrrrrendous ordeal beyond words in captivity.

Me personally, I am not going to call BS unless LE calls BS, because they know the circumstances. I understand we have seen BS situations here, and there are some great hinky meters here, but imo it is far from victim friendly, and rather presumptious, some of what I'm reading...it's real easy for people to say what they would and would not have done out there in the woods, eat berries, not eat berries, bla bla...it may indeed absolutely turn out that there is more to the story hinkyness wise, but if not, can you imagine how it would feel to have gone through such an ordeal then for SM, etc to blast you! We were not there, we do not know what happened to her...moo.

I suspect there is some mental health issue here and I hope she heals fast.

Re: the clothes and blindness. If she hypothetically took them off to bathe in a creek, or hung them up to dry when they were wet, possibly she couldn't find them again. There's a very outside chance of that but she's obviously not too great at orienteering.

It's a shame she had to release such graphic pictures of her body for people to believe her. I was thinking maybe she wasn't in the woods the entire time. Maybe she found a vacant cabin with some food in it to shelter in for a while. But, nope. Those pics tell the story.

After viewing the pictures of her arms, legs and feet, I looked at images of Meth Feet and Skin Popping caused from injecting meth. They exhibit the same type skin injuries. The wounds on her thighs may be caused from a habit meth users acquire of picking at their injured skin. Of course, it could be coincidental. It is as coincidental as is the name of the property owner, JM. jmho

I hope this young lady has the ways and means to fully recover from the ordeal.

So we have people accusing her of being a meth user and people accusing her of a publicity stunt for the show Naked and Afraid? Are these facts or victim blaming? Anything to back up these claims?

ok, is it possible that they sent her to the woods w a large quantity so they wouldn't get popped for that too, and she dipped into it?

not victim blaming, im very glad she was recovered alive and hope she gets help/support she needs.

I appreciated reading the new story from today but nothing is conclusive - it is still a theory at this point.

Regardless, I have no doubt this woman went through a very rough time over that 3 week period, and I wish her well.
