aylor is 6 ft. tall, weighs 140 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair. Taylor also has a lazy left eye and may have a condition that impairs his judgment.

The Jasper Housing Authority has offered a $1,000 reward for any information that may lead to Taylor being found.
