MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate missing person 48-year-old Luis Alfonso Vargas Giraldo.

Giraldo has been reported missing by his children’s mother, according to police.

Police say he has not been heard from since May 2017. Giraldo has a homemade tattoo that spells “Kiss” on his left arm. He is 5’8″ and 166 pounds.
