•last seen wearing a red hoodie sweatshirt, gray jeans, and black Converse shoes
•last seen August 24 as he left his sister’s home in the 2900 block of Waterford Boulevard. He left on foot at around 6:45 p.m.

According to people search sites he is 36 (DOB 09/10/1984).

Was he staying at his sister's or just visiting? For how long? Did he leave a vehicle or any other belongings behind? Where did he leave his phone? Without the phone he probably wasn't meeting with anyone and didn't arrange to be picked up. How far away does he live?

Without knowing the circumstances of his departure, a few different scenarios are possible. Did he have any motives to disappear?

The info was shared about Mathew missing and there were tons of comments.
While skimming through them, I found a handful of comments stating Mathew had been spotted in various places (specific streets, stores, etc).
I also found a comment from his sister. It was from a month ago. According to her, he has been located! Great news but unfortunately I cannot find a verified news source to confirm this so we can get Mathew’s thread closed.
