If it was custodial interference at least one of the children was with a non-custodial parent without permission of the other. I imagine the parent of said child (children) filed the original complaint, then a call came in about them walking on the road. Glad they are found.

Can custodial interference also be when the children are supposed to be in the custody of the state (Children's Services or whoever) and the parents take them without permission? Wondering about that.

They where found in my home town. When it hit the news it was very odd. Kids are now in DHR custody.
