Cody "Eli" Honeycutt - May 9, 2022.

Circumstances
Eli left in his mother's car and has not been seen or heard from since. The car was recovered but there was no sign of him.(per NamUs).

Eli left in his mother's car from PELL CITY, AL on May 9, 2022 to go on a trip in Mississippi. The car was later recovered in Mississippi, abandoned. There are reports of Honeycutt’s mother’s credit card being used at a nearby casino, as well as an area gas station. Per WBMA, he was reported missing on June 14, 2022 after not being heard from for a month.

NamUs does not list where in Mississippi the car was found, and neither do any news articles I have come across. Posts in the "Help Us Find Eli" Facebook group indicate he was last seen alive in PHILADELPHIA, MS and the car was found on Interstate 55 in DURANT, MS. It also says that the bank card was last used in MADISON, MS. Durant, Philadelphia, and Madison are very close to JACKSON, the state capital. It is strange this would not be listed on his NamUs page.

Bumping for Eli Honeycutt.

It appears this case has gone very cold. It has been several months since the last post in the most popular Facebook group for him and it is a poll about what to do with money that had been collected to help with the search for Eli. There's been a lot of...interesting discussion in the group which I won't go into here for obvious reasons. We are quickly coming up on 3 years since he was last seen.
