Mobile Circuit Judge Rick Stout on Thursday sentenced John DeBlase to death, upholding jurors' recommendation...
DeBlase's defense attorney argued that Heather Keaton, the children's stepmother, was responsible for their deaths. She faces trial in April.

The attorneys for Heather Leavell-Keaton, 26, filed an eight-page change of venue motion on her behalf last week.
