Mobile police are looking for a missing man who jumped the fence of a group home after he was denied permission to leave for a pack of cigarettes.
Robert Moseley, 65, was last seen leaving the group home on Thursday.
According to police, Moseley suffers from schizophrenia and a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, also known as COPD. Moseley needs to use an inhaler because the chronic lung disease makes it hard for him to breath.
Moseley is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.
