Yeah, really. Can you imagine what a boon this would be for someone like Rae Carruth (murderous ex-Panthers player)? Get rid of the baby, dodge responsibility, and have the woman go to prison instead of you. Abusers have no qualms about claiming they are the victims in DV.

I hope she sues the police and da. Civil suit against the woman who shot her should be a slam dunk. Too bad she had to be put through this bs .

We dont even know if she was showing at the time of the fight. At that stage I just looked like I gained a little weight no cute baby bump so we dont even know if the lady that shot knew the other lady was pregnant. Either way it's self defense. She started the fight and continued the fight, she is at fault. I only feel for the unborn baby and the lady that was attacked and had to pull a weapon.
