Curious. Eugenia Cortez does not have a NamUs page, or a missing page anywhere. I can't really think why. I wonder if she's the one holding him in the photo?

The only Eugenia Cortez I can find records for in the SF area would've been only about 17 when Alexander was born and has verified records after 1988.

Records after 1988? What site ir where did you find it? I see nothing past her high-school year book photo as a junior in 1986. You saw there was vital records for after they disappeared?
