OK so when I call the 4999 number the message says:
"We're sorry but your service has been suspended due to a past due balance"... "Please enter the wireless number you are calling about". The calls to this number were made on 7/15 from 5:42 to 6:26 p.m.
The logs show an incoming call at 5:33 p.m. and an incoming text at 6:30. Is this known to be the date and time her phone was disconnected and she used Amy's account to make a payment?
