IMO, Anthony *has* to wait til after the August hearing on $ she owes the Prosecution, etc before she can agree to/accept an interview (because she's still claiming she's indigent)....that's the only reason for delay.

Lets read between the lines, what it should really say is "The offers are drying up and she has to go somewhere". She can't live on TM's plane forever.

Call me cynical but I think they found the offers less than stellar and so they'll send her away for "help" and when she's been in "therapy" for few months she'll agree to do an interview because then she might be willing to talk more, more money.

I believe this too. The only problem for her is that the amount that she may receive for an interview may continue to plummet as time passes. If the interviewers require her to take a lie detector test then it won't happen. The only offer I see that she could take where she isn't required to open her mouth...well... I mean to speak :floorlaugh: would be Hustler. She might want to jump on that before it too fizzles. You know that any monies that she makes will be gone before she sees it anyways. Once Jose takes his BIG chunk...she still has the IRS to contend with...then there's ZG and the state that she has to repay. She'll never be out of debt. She'll either be back home or at the least Mom and Dad will be working extra hard passing her monies from their new money making machine that they plan on launching soon. It sickens me that the A's will profit off of the death of Caylee one way or the other.

I bet she's exhibiting some bizarre behavior though. Being locked up and alone for so long would make you a little wing-dingy. She's probably driving them NUTS.

Baez might be afraid to have her in any interview right now unless heavy editing afterwards is allowed and definitely not a live interview. She could be like a loose canon, can not stick to their script and might make up new fantasy stories during an interview. She could even spout derogatory things about him and who knows whom else. It would be like a very risky crapshoot.

..her indigent status only has to do with whether or not she can afford a lawyer and wants the Court to appoint one .

..she is "still" indigent for the purposes of this case, and the upcoming hearing on the $$$'s owed.

..she filed a "new" affidavit of insolvency for the appeal of her sentence.

..whatever it's determined that she owes for the costs of prosecution/investigation @ the hearing on august 25th will still be imposed, whether she does or doesn't have any money ( existing or coming in ).

question for anyone who knows-----------are court costs exempt from bankrupcy?

IIRC Wasn't it CM that was on tv during an interview, talking about all the places and mental health people that were calling their office, offering their facilities and services for free.........if that's the case, then there shouldn't be any problem whatsoever in getting her into treatment. But I seriously doubt it's gonna help.

Maybe I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first nor the last time) but wouldn't the IRS get THEIR money before jose get's paid regardless of her current IRS issues? I would think that would the case...........

I think Larry Flynt is kind of brave. He survived one assassination attempt which left him in a wheel chair. There could be another deranged individual out there, especially with the media still feeding the hate frenzy.

Do people really see KC in a mental health facility. To her it would be like being back in jail. Outpatient treatment would work if she was even agreeable, which I doubt. She's not mentally ill so there would be no reason for her not to show up for her deposition. I could see M&M offering to take the deposition wherever she is. KC can't say she is unable to answer questions. Her attorney is shopping for media deals. Let's face it JB is saying KC can't talk for maybe 6 to 9 months down the road. Ironically that would be after the start of the civil trial.

Awful to say but I think some of these deranged men want to see KC in the magazine because of what was said in the opening statement, not because they think she's "hot." jmo

There is no cure for sociopathy/psychopathy, nor for pathological liars. There is no facility that will affect any cure because there is no cure. The only thing anyone can do is learn to spot someone who exhibits those behaviors and then stay the heck away from them and do not have anything to do with them.

She passed her mental health test at the end of the trial with flying colors. No way is a facility going to give away a bed to someone who has no mental health issues. Particularly if they receive any type of government funding. She has no drug or alcohol problems, not delusional, she's just a liar and there is no cure. If she is stressed it's because she can't go out with her friends or go to Target. No way will she agree to go to a facility and if she does she'll get tossed out within days. Plus how would they ever keep her a secret. No way. jmo

When it is insinuated in court her father abused her-I believe that's protected speech. But if she were to give an interview, whatever she said would not be protected speech. And she could be sued if she were to insinuate something of that nature.
