Now if only someone would hold Kate Moss up to the same standards. I want to see random drug tests for her AND her boyfriends that she brings around her daughter.

I really LOVE the idea of both Brit and KFed taking mandatory parenting classes. That is a great idea.

Britney Spears has been ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, according to court documents in her custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The order was issued Monday by a judge who required both parents to refrain from drinking and using drugs around their two young children and 12 hours before either cares for them. Only Spears was ordered to submit to testing.

"Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by Spears, Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon said in court documents.

The judge also said Spears must meet for eight hours a week with a "parenting coach" who will observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills.

Both parents are prohibited from "making derogatory remarks" about each other in their children's presence, and from "using corporal punishment" to discipline them. Each must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class.

Wahoo! I am loving the judge right now.. if only the parents had as much sense as the judge does.. seems ridiculous that they need a court ordered class to do what most folks have the sense enough to do on their own with out classes or judgements.. however at least this judge is placing the best insterest of all involved first and trying to get the parents to behave as responsible parents and not like the d**ba**es they have been for the last 2 years. I feel for those children and I hope Britney will finally wake up and smell the toast burning and get with the program or realize it is completely beyond her capabilities and give custody to those who have the desire to parent and are capable of doing so. Thos boys deserve far better than they have been experiencing for the last 2 years. I do suspect the judge is laying the ground work for further action like a loss of custody should she not pass those drug tests or parenting assessments..

I'm guessing the kids were never in THAT much danger behind closed doors because she probably had a team of nanny's and 'house' people watching them. Apparently Britney just can't handle her fame and fortunes it's too much for her and she is (even though she is filthy rich) a very lonely person. I hope Kevin can care for those kids the way they deserve to be cared for. Just because Brit has money and Kevin has... none...it don't mean she is the better parent.

He isn't a fit parent either. Remember that he ran off and left Shar pregnant with their youngest child. Kevin is a druggie and loser too. Those kids need two NEW parents! Both are too into the partying scene to be fit parents. Poor kids. They are both so cute.

IMO, after she shaved her head, she should have left her hair alone and let it hair grow back naturally. She would look cute in really short hair.

He leaves Shar Jackson (from what I read is a wonderful Person) that barely has any money for Britney Who has millions, so he can have his playboy life living in million dollar homes in LA and Kentwood LA. He is driving a new car every week, trying to get a "rap" (if you call it that) album produced. He is living the high life geting what he wants when he wants it. He has never had an experiance in life like this.
Arent there stories out there that stated that K-fed left his kids and Britney at home while he went out and partied with the best of them?
I just see he is wanting these kids because of the 750,000+ she makes monthly. He has stated that he can not survive on the 20,000 he is getting from her now. I think deep down, he doesn't want the kids as bad as he wants the money. I bet my left arm that if Britney offered him huge sum of money to back off, he would.

Now I am not defending Britney in any way. I think the things she has done are horribe, and plain stupid. But if I had CPS called to my house for every horrible thing I have yelled at my kids, lost my temper with my kids, ect I would put on a pot of tea on for them becuase they will be here many times. The difference between us and her, is all of our dumb parenting mistakes are not caught by people following us taking out picture to post on the next cover of the National Enquier.

Hmmm...your post about KFed acting like he hit the lottery (he did) with Britney makes me wonder if part of Britney's precipitous decline is due to the fact she feels completely used and discarded by KFed. (Probably how Shar Jackson feels). Britney's inner circle is pretty small and she must feel pretty lonely.

Shar Jackson isn't poor (she has had a successful TV career), but she's not a rich as Britney. I don't think K-Fed was after Britney's money as much as he wanted the celebrity that would come with being with Spears. He thought it would catapult him into celebrity as well.

He hasn't fought Jackson for custody because she's a good mom. Those kids are safe and taken care of. Unlike Brit's kids.

I don't feel sorry for her at all. She's been showing erratic behavior for years. IMO, she is heading the way of Michael Jackson.
