I'm not sure what he did for JB. So who was looking for Caylee if this wasn't what he was doing? I thought there were PIs who were tracking down all these leads CA spoke of?

DC repeats he was hired to investigate "circumstances". "Working in anticipation of criminal charges or not?" DC's council objects and judge sustains.

"You're telling me as of July 27th you were being paid by JB as an investigator?" Response: "I was hired, as to the billing arrangement I do not think that's the business of anyone". DC does have copy of the letter. KC's letter of engagement, from "sometime in September of 2008." Q: "Did your contract with JB come to a conclusion?" "Yes, October 1 2008".

The contract was with the As in July, but "wasn't made formal" until September. Ugh, this whole things smacks of CYA.

He even said he wasn't Equasearch...and we know how welcoming the As were to them. No one was looking for Caylee...and why? Because they ALL knew what Casey did IMO. They went cross country spouting bs...tugging at everyone's heartstrings...looking for donations to help find Caylee...when they KNEW she wasn't alive. And that's what gets me soooo angry.
