Zenaida's attorneys were allowed to add Punitive Damages to their lawsuit, so they will be allowed to question where allllll of KC's money is - including money that is paying for her high priced defense TEAM of lawyers. If Zenaida wins her defamation lawsuit, and gets a monetary judgment against KC, then if KC would ever make any future movie or book deals or make any money off this case, Zenaida would be able to get some money out of KC.

Zenaida's attorneys also want to clear this innocent woman's time, once and for all.

If Casey is convicted isn't there a law that prohibits her from making any money of a book, movie or other money making project? Wouldn't looking into her finances, the lawyers be a rather tricky situation prior to her trial and conviction? I doubt that she will not be convicted. I don't think they have the right to sue her parents for money.. unless that is where they are going.

Oh lucky, lucky, lucky family. Now, they have to give a deposition in the case regarding whatever information they know about the fake nanny's existence, which will be nothing but will show, once and for all, that none of them heard of ZFG much less Sawgrass Zanny before 7/15.

This is ridiculous! Are ZG's attorneys going after the whole family now? What information do they think that LEE could possibly give them? The more I read about this defamation lawsuit the more I think it is completely bogus.

Remember, the lawsuit wouldn't have happened w/o KC's BOGUS charge against ZFG.

With respect, please put the blame squarely where it belongs. On the one who DID the damage.

The Judge brought up an interesting issue which neither side has addressed yet (I guess the attorneys are waiting for it to actually get to trial.)

The Judge said that maybe they cannot piggy back the defamation that CINDY personally committed by saying that CASEY told Cindy to go to the media and say that she had NOT cleared Morgan's client - Zenaida.

I wonder if it is going to be hard for Morgan to prove defamation by CASEY against Zenaida in this situation, since CINDY is the one who did the actual speaking of the words to the media???? Seems like the Judge was pointing out a good argument for the DEFENSE to use in the defamation case.

I don't think this will be a problem, as Casey stated these things to her mother, on camera, and she knew she was on camera and being recorded during one of their little visits. She said the police never showed her any picture of any girl in Kissimee...and the ONLY girl we have in Kisimmee is the Zenaida which is the subject of this lawsuit...and Casey basically granted her mother permission to act as her agent and dispense information FOR her...so?

Wednesday attorneys for Zenaida will be back in court again. They want George and Cindy Anthony to answer more questions in their depositions. The media is reporting that there will be a hearing but they are not saying if they will be live streaming. I think they will.
If it were to be cancelled I think they would have done it this morning.
