I do think that CA is the one who specifically sent DC out to that location to look for some type of bag that contained the remains (see my post above) but I think it may have been LEE who provided the information to CA. Lee was NOT under contract with DC (no privelege) but CA was!

Recall the jail video between LEE and KC and their manner of "backwards talking" where she was basically providing clues ("I feel she is close to home..."

Recall that LEE took it upon himself to play investigator/private eye (getting KC phone records, meeting with friends, etc)

Recall the videos of him accompanying KC on her "day passes" back in early September.

Recall the "high five" on September 8, 2008.

I think during those times while KC was out on bond, LEE was trying to get information from her to substantiate her "nanny claim" so he could "investigate" and prove a SODDI. I DON'T think KC admitted anything to him that would implicate her, but I do think she offered her "backwards clues". I also think LEE assured KC that he would "save" her this time too (high five). I don't think CA and KC had any conversations like this. There was NO way that KC was going to offer CA ANYTHING because in her mind, all this happened BECAUSE of CA!

Based on his version of "investigating", I think Lee figured out that Caylee may be resting at that location, but whatever KC said led him to believe that it wasn't just a dumped body, but a package. Since LEE did not have privelege with DC, I think he discussed it with CA and together (after KC back in jail)they figured that if THEY could find the remains FIRST, it would give the defense time to set up a theory based on what they found to implicate a SODDI. I do not think they would have destroyed, removed or tainted the remains. I also don't think they ever imagined that abundance of the physical evidence (tape, etc) that WAS found with Caylee would be there. I think they just expected to find a bag of bones with possibly Caylee belongings that could be a suggestive link of nanny by defense.

BUT...DC did not find the remains first. LE (Kronk) did. And the evidence linking back to KC is damning.... LEE failed KC. KC is pissed I imagine.

Which brings in his eulogy at Caylee's memorial service. This is the transcript from the NG episode on Feb 10, 2009.

LEE ANTHONY: This family is united, but this family is incomplete. I am incomplete. I`m broken. CMA -- CMA, each day, you continue to teach me about life and about the way it should be lived. Each day, you give me the ability to be strong or to be weak. It`s been so long since I`ve been able to see you or to hug you or to tell you how much you mean to me. CMA, I miss you! I love you. CMA, I am so proud of you! I hope you`re proud of me, too. I need you to know that I will never forget the promise I made to you. I will never forget.

I believe his comments WERE directed to KC (as CMA) and were his regret (hear tone of voice in video), apology (not succeeding), support, and promise that he WOULD find a way to "save" her.

She didn't give him clues. She directed him to Blanchard Park, for starters. She gave him nothing that would direct him to the specific disposal site, or to any specific SODDI. She just blathers to distract, confuse, and evade.

Re: the CMA, I think it may have been simpler than that. Didn't we hear that "CMA" stood for ALL THREE of the A females?

Not sure the "high five" meant anything, either. Kids often use it as a greeting.

We may be crediting this woman with more intelligence than she actually possesses.

Do you happen to know the area of his law enforcement interview where he does set out the dates? I remember, vaguely, that law enforcement kept buttoning it down with him and eventually set a paper in front of him that said he wrote he did not work for the defense infatically. Does anyone elase remember that or am I getting interviews blurred together?

I don't have that information in front of me. Going strictly from memory....I really should write this stuff down somewhere. Eventually my brain is going to be so full of information that my head will explode.

So wait? In an interview with LE he admits that he had a specific contract with KC, and a diferent agreement with JB, which ended in Oct, and a third agreement with the A's that clearly stated that he was not an employee of or member of the defense team???

How the hell did the judge in the civil case come to the conclusion that anything he would be asked could be covered by privilege? If KC had a seperate and direct contract with him, then doesn't privilege then evaporate? She would have thereby, by doing this, legally designated him a third party and specifically NOT an extension or agent of her Lawyer, correct? And we all know there is no PI / Client privilege recognized by any court in the land. EVen if JB was to hire him, that extra contract pretty much invalidates any privacy in those contracts or work product does it not?

Am I missing something obvious here?

Okay, thankfully you guys are great at giving the cliff notes on the hearings, because I have officially decided I will NOT listen to one second more of the hearings associated with the civil case. I'm serious when I say that judge competes with Cindy Anthony on the "aggravate the hell-out-of-me" meter.

Talking to hear yourself talk - that's about all I got out of the few minutes my patience held up.

Haha! Judge was annoying because rather than just flat out saying "Look, I'm not gonna let you talk about things that go directly to the murder case," he acted bizarre, wanted the attorneys to guess at what he was saying, and then would go into condescention mode. Yikes, he is pretty darn proud to have earned that seat and makes no bones about it!

BTW, why doesn't he recycle the darn paperwork instead of making the attys do it? He cracks me up and makes me mad at the same time....

.... new development on Morgan's site. He is showing the lies by DC and is pressing the court regarding the dishonesy. Good work.

Oh my. I can't wait to see how the judge avoids this. They are even asking for attorney fees.

THey used his own depo by the LE against him to show he wasn't working for KC or JB and only with the Parents in October, etc. Which isn't what he said in the court room. And showed that Judge Strickland in the murder case didn't allow privileged.

He (DC)must have forgotten that all he has said so far has been taped/documented. He obviously don't spend enough time on Websleuths

The whole crew acts like the case is such a fluff case, that they can ignore it and it will go away.

After watching the judge the other day, it seemed to back up that thought.

I understand KC is dealing with a murder trial. But it shouldn't matter if info comes out in another case, that might be used against her in that trial. If it is evidence, then it's evidence. This judge needs to be concerned with HIS courtroom and not someone elses! The victim in HIS courtroom isn't KC or Caylee.

This judge acts like he can second guess what folks are saying and he thinks he is being 'cute' and 'wise' by making a butt of himself by interrupting folks.

IF the Judge had shut up and paid attention, it would have been clear to the Judge, as it was to everyone else, that DC wasn't being firm on dates of contract and who was hiring him when.

But the motions seems to have tied up everything with nothing hanging out.

Q So when you were – so in November when you were out in the woods, you were under contract to Casey Anthony; is that right?
A That would be one of the people.
Q Who else at that time?
A George and Cindy Anthony.
Q George and Cindy. Anyone else? How about Jose Baez, the lawyer.
A It would also be the Baez Law Firm

pg 50
Q so when you were out in the woods in the vicinity where the remains were found, you would have been working under contract for Casey Anthony, Jose Baez and George and Cindy all at that time?

Dominic's email to John Allen is VERY clear!

excerpt from: http://www.forthepeople.com/New_Motion_to_Compel.pdf

PLAINTIFF’S NEW MOTION TO COMPEL DOMINIC CASEY’S APPEARANCE AT DEPOSITION AND MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

clip

December 9th email from Dominic Casey, which was read to him by Deputy Allen:

“JA: I have an e-mail, uh, it, it I ... uh, it appears to be from you. Okay, it’s dated December the 9th. And it says uh, it says here, we’ll I’ll let you read it okay? It, it says that you, you’re working for George and Cindy.
DC: As of effective October the 12th is the last conversation, or whatever, that I’ve ever had with Casey Anthony. I’ve not provided any services from that day forward.

JA: Okay.

DC: And exclusively from that date of only being providing services to George and Cindy Anthony.

Was on the noon newscasts of WFTV and WKMG, but I see nothing on their websites yet...

WFTV said Dominic was apparently lying on the witness stand last week.

Not a very wise move Mr. Casey.

Not a very wise move Mr. Casey.

What I don't get is that HIS ATTORNEY, Diana Tennis ALLOWED him to give sooooooo much perjured testimony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And when Mitnik brought the LE interview to her attention, she STILL refuses to bring Dominic Casey to sit for a deposition (without the Judge TELLING her that he must).

Zenaida files New Motion to Compel Dominic Casey’s Appearance at Deposition and Motion for Sanctions :
http://www.forthepeople.com/New_Motion_to_Compel.pdf

8. Counsel for the Plaintiff called opposing counsel immediately upon learning of this 80 page statement, asking that Dominic Casey be produced for deposition without the need for further Court intervention. Any remaining legitimate privilege could be asserted, if the need arose, in the deposition. Diana Tennis will not agree to produce Dominic Casey for deposition, forcing Plaintiff to file her new Motion to Compel. Under the circumstance, counsel seeks attorney’s fees and costs and any other sanctions the Court deems appropriate.

DC better not get away with this... on top of the costs requested I hope he gets charged or ends up in jail for a stint. imo what he did is make a mockery out of the legal system, who the heck does this guy think he is.

Makes you wonder what the deal is here. People do things like this for a reason, I want to know what the payoff is? (and I don't mean money) What is it we don't know about yet.

I would think the only way Dominic gets away with this (perjured testimony and refusing to sit for a deposition) is ..... if IF Judge Rodriguez puts a STAY on the Zenaida case, until after the murder case ..... then all of the Dominic shady business will be a moot point. I would hate to see that happen ..... but I think it might .....

BBM Watching him preside in court and then watching Judge S in court.......totally different. It seems like he wastes a lot of time, and (sorry said this before) he equivocates so much. Judge S gets right down to it, and you get the sense he is seriously giving weight to everything each side has to say. I couldn't watch the whole hearing in the civil case last week.......after awhile Judge R drove me nuts. That's saying a lot considering I forced myself to get thru CA's interviews.
