I know you are on a budget ... but maybe a video camera would be a good idea. Maybe a friend would loan one. If you do some math and get some angles premeasured and marked for reference and then have the video to back it up you should be able to tell what is going on.

I'm also thinking that the video would be digital and could be freeze-framed where you need it and then maybe zoom in where you need it. But I've never done anything like this so don't take my word for it.

Not like you don't have a lot to do already! HA!

I think video would be the best way to capture the "action". My son has a camera but his stuff is in storage till he gets back - May 5,. Keep those prayers for him going I won't feel he is safe till he is back in America.
The math is real important as it determines what position to place my model in and to the best of her ability she will try to follow the angles I give her. Close to the area should be good enough as an exact matching reconstruction could only be done by computer.
