what about Negerevich for the respondent, lending manager, mortgage broker etc???

8 21/06/2012 Affidavit PA NEGEREVICH Respondent
9 21/06/2012 Affidavit PJ RODDICK Respondent
10 21/06/2012 Affidavit PB CRANNA Applicant
11 21/06/2012 Affidavit TE CRANNA Applicant
12 21/06/2012 Affidavit IL THOMAS Applicant
13 21/06/2012 Affidavit P NEGEREVICH Respondent

P. A. Negerevich is mentioned as a respondent in another unrelated case in 2011. IMO he is a policeman or a member of the prosecution team. There is also mention of a Peter Alexander Negerevich at the same link whom I'm assuming is the same person.

Thanks for sharing, WhattheHey. Yes, what could the police be at the house for this time? Maybe they are getting a bit more 'invasive'...pulling up floorboards/ wall linings? Looking for hidden things? Who knows?

Whatever it is though, I hope they find it.

Oh Scraps the little dog from next door. What a cute little fella.

I think the dogs that barked and howled around the house and out at Anstead knew that someone had died and if only they could speak in our language.

Their sense of hearing and smell is thousands of times more powerful than ours and I believe they can smell a dead body from a long way away.

Any dog experts here? Your knowledge would be most welcome.

See article: The Canine Sense of Smell
http://www.whole-dog-journal.com/issues/7_11/features/Canine-Sense-of-Smell_15668-1.html

Excerpt:-
"We also know that we can use the dog’s incredible sense of smell to benefit mankind in ways we are only beginning to imagine. Today’s working scent dogs are involved in search and rescue (some dogs can follow a trail that is more than a week old), finding cadavers (dogs have even detected drowned people in a depth of 80+ feet of water), detecting explosives, firearms, and drugs, and even scenting tumors in human patients. Early work has begun to use dogs to test the breath of humans – to help diagnose internal diseases before they become evident with other methods."
Yep dogs sure can sense things - even if something is only slightly amiss; however minor, dogs know! Don't get me started on sniffer dogs - I own a beagle. Like babies, dogs have their own unique sounds. I can tell by the bark if it is something that I need to investigate or not.

Perhaps..they are going through a recreation of the events as they believe they happened..

That's possible UT. And it's interesting that the police were seen out at the Kholo Creek crossing earlier this week. I would love to know what's going on.

Is anyone able to update us? Are the police still at the house?

My thoughts on the life insurance policy.

1. Allison knew money was tight, so she phoned insurance company to merge policies so would only be one payment a year. Might just have been an enquiry.

2. She casually mentions this to GBC. He has a light bulb moment and tries to get more info direct from the company. No luck - he is denied access.

3. GBC asks his Financial Adviser - NBC? to follow it up.

4. GBC's light bulb moment burns him (maybe causing caterpillar-like marks) when he finds out how much ABC would be worth dead.

5. Makes 'commitment' to TM

6. In his excitement makes the mistake of starting a claim before Allison is identified.

Good thoughts, Though I feel he had plans or thoughts going on before Allison (if it was her) rang the insurance company. need to find a link, but I am sure the phone call from her came on the Monday before she went missing didn't it? In which case I think he already had some plans or at least the thoughts and he had already made the committment (for what It was worth) to TM.

Can't find the article stating it was on the 17th of April Allison supposedly contacted insurance.. they were contacted twice that day. Once by GBC and the other by Allison(supposedly).. THe link below states he made the committment or reiterated it to TM on the 3rd of April. http://http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/queensland/badenclay-was-in-dire-financial-position-police-allege-20120626-2102n.html#ixzz1ytD4ThLL

Extremely disturbing stuff indeed. How verified is the information contained in this article YN, do you know?

again I need the barfing emoticon and cannot find it!

I don't know how verified the article is, GeminiGirl...but I do remember that my mother-in-law, a fairly well-read woman, as many as 20 years ago, whenever anything about the scouts was mentioned would curl her lips derisively and say, 'Baden-Powell was a paedophile'.

It was only when I came onto this site and another poster found that article that I remembered and felt that there must be some credence to the 'talk'.

That 'Scouting For Boys' book convinces me though. Why not call it 'The Boy Scout Movement'?

To my very suspicious mind 'Scouting For Boys' (combined with that graphic on the front of the book) seems like a 'secret way' of saying what the organisation was really all about.

To me, it's like saying, 'Calling all paedophiles. If you're looking for little boys, then have we got the organisation for you!'

Gross!

In My Opinion.

Yes that is interesting. I would think the recreation is something they could be likely to be doing. They do need to put all their info and theories into place along with the evidence to present at trial.

Yes I think they should have an officer especially to liase with Websleuthers, just to keep us in the loop.. ;)..lol.

But I wonder why they're doing it now? New evidence, forensic tests returned? Arrrgghhh. I hate not knowing! :floorlaugh:

Indeed. See article below (this link has been posted before, much earlier, by another poster -- I think Makara or Berry).

What I find particularly 'telling' is the graphic about half way into the article (use the scroll bar to get there quickly).

The early book entitled, 'Scouting For Boys' and the picture on the cover of said book, showing a little boy lying on the ground, with his bottom facing the 'viewer' is very disturbing.

In My Opinion.

Love the adult scout laws!

I have just been rereading some old threads and came across this one that got me thinking.
Posted on 5 May 2012

I assumed that once the QPS started questioning re possible sightings at the roundabout that the Herald Sun got it wrong. But than tying a few things together including the possible whereabouts of the children and GBCs differing answers re when Allison went for a walk. Could it be possible that the children and GBC had dinner at Nigelaine (as aunty Olivia was also in town!). Allison left the hairdresser at 6.30 saying she had the night off (from cooking). GBC waits for her at home, they have an argument and he kills her, leaves the body somewhere, puts the kids to bed telling them mum has gone for a walk, maybe with some sleeping tablets, and than decides to call in extra help to move the body. In the morning kids wake up and tells them mum has gone for a walk again, but something happens or he realises he has to do something so rings 000.

My thoughts only.

Good point.
I was just thinking do we know for sure "night off" only meant the cooking. I remember reading a post that GBC was worried because she had to be away by 7am for the Conference. Maybe the kids were supposed to sleepover with EBC/NBC doing the school run. Maybe again a previous poster was right with he brought them home later to make his alibi... making school lunch - grrrr - wonder if anyone checked who made them? if the post link experts could help me out it would be much appreciated.

Yes Onlyone...this is really bugging me too! I originally thought it must be because she didn't have to cook, but now I'm with you...the alibi. And THAT is probably something that the kids slipped up on and made it known that they were not home ALL night

Good thoughts, Though I feel he had plans or thoughts going on before Allison (if it was her) rang the insurance company. need to find a linke, but I am sure the phone call from her came on the Monday before she went missing didn't it? I was assuming that ABC made the call maybe March/early April. QPS stated that GBC phoned co in April, then his FA phoned about a week later which was from memory only a few days prior to ABC's death. I'll look for the link, but I'm not too good at that.

But I wonder why they're doing it now? New evidence, forensic tests returned? Arrrgghhh. I hate not knowing! :floorlaugh:

IMO Seeing as Nigelaine finished moving GBC stuff out yesterday I reckon QPS were in there ripping up the carpets etc. Or at least doing something that they didn't want Nigelaine to know what they were up to.

If that is what they are doing. Could have finally got some tests back.. but also, when is the committal hearing set for..Early August? They may have finally got to a point where they feel they have it worked out as they believe it happened or need to test some things out and/or retrace what they think. All just MOO
