Autopsy report says the position her body found occurred within short time of death. So suggests she didnt get moved by high water. Could be death occured there or she transported there shortly after death.

Death occured there? OMG. Did he leave her there to die? :furious:

Autopsy and toxicology don't provide a cause of death, just cant exclude possibilities. No injuries consistent with fall from bridge.

Didn't GBC visit pharmacy (maybe he filled her script for another bottle of meds)
Maybe the person seen walking was OW with Allison's phone in her pocket.

Suicide just does not fit for many reasons already mentioned.

If her phone was used in FTP why didn't they search for it there? I remember they searched Kenmore Hills and Brookfield as they said it was the last know signal of her phone before it went flat??? I even think Bellbowrie got a look in too?

I always drive the back way thru FTP to get to Indro & Taringa maybe the person with her phone was doing this avoiding the main roads as at that time of morning it is busy 6.51?

Fig Tree Pocket phone tower is interesting - that is in direct line of sight almost along the river from Moggill Road on the way out to Kholo Creek. Don't know if it is the ONLY tower, and why it would be Allison's phone, but raises more interesting possibilities.... Check out maps.google.com and put in Fig Tree Pocket. Then look to the west along the river....

3.51pm: DPP prosecutor Danny Boyle said Baden-Clay was still a flight risk in the face of a possible lengthy prison sentence, despite his family ties to Brisbane.

"Not every variation of fact leads to a change of circumstances," he said.

"What Your Honour need do is look at the overall effect and decide whether the Crown case is no longer stronger or is somewhat weak.

"While there may be variations in the evidence, in my submission it does not detract from the Crown case."

He said the Crown case was circumstantial but still strong.

YES!! I knew it. GBC took Allison out through the back door of the house to the Captiva, not down the front stairs.

Mr Boyle cast doubt on the suicide theory, adding Mrs Baden-Clay had her hair done the night before she was reported missing and was going to a seminar on April 20.

"At no stage does he suggest she was suicidal," Mr Boyle said.

"What I'm submitting is, at least in his version to police, he's not suggesting anything but an amicable end to that conversation and nothing likely to have triggered suicide."
