YES!! I knew it. GBC took Allison out through the back door of the house to the Captiva, not down the front stairs.

Thanks Ali, you're doing a great job. :rocker:

Exactly....

My battery low if I disappear.

"Defence says police have a witness that saw a woman walking down boscombe rd at5.30 am and she looked troubled. Clothing description bit different. That and the zoloft in her system and her diary notes seems to be alp they have to support suicide theory."

Could OW set out to impersonate Ali....making sure she was seen ie setting this defense up ? (Contrived !)

I recall someone joked about this possibility in earlier threads - now it doesn't seem so funny?

4.04pm: Mr Boyle said Mrs Baden-Clay's body was found 14km away from the couple's home at Brookfield, at the Kholo Creek bridge.

He said there was no evidence she'd fallen, adding the water level was below the place where her body was found.

"Within a very short time of her being dead she was in that position," he said.

"This is 14km away from his house, where, if he did kill Mrs Baden-Clay at the house and move her, it would have been within a very short period of time that she ended up in that particular position under the bridge."

So much for the SES volunteer who allegedly said that they'd already checked under that bridge and she wasn't there...!

I remember reading that OW, in trying to find Allison apparently walked the same route that Allison supposedly took early on the Friday morning. Did OW in fact have Allison's phone?
Been thinking similarly ZIM. Good point. Possible that lady seen walking the same route was OW. Alioop: Re Allison's phone, Telstra records show that internet activity occurred via fig tree pocket phone tower at 6.31 am. Seems somebody other than Allison had Allison's phone to create a decoy. Allison was most likely deceased and carried to the bridge when all the cars were seen in the early hours of the morning. This may augur well for the Prosecution that other people assisted GBC with this matter. Accomplices? My opinion only.

And you were right all along Doc. You said from the start that you believed Allison was dumped where she was found. What made you come to that conclusion?

Actually, to be honest, what I thought and said was that she was dumped just near the very end of Little Ugly Creek and washed around the corner - so it looks like that was not the case.

She appears to have been dumped under the bridge - and the only way to get UNDER the bridge is via that little parking area that I posted pictures of all that time ago, on the right heading outbound just before the Armco railing starts. Same spot as I've said all along, but dumped under the main road bridge rather than down the bank into Little Ugly Creek. They're only a few metres apart, though.

Perhaps she was dumped after the SES searched ?

Judge says the witness who saw a women walking was driving. He had headlights on as was dark. She covered her face from the lights. Clothing doesnt seem to match very well. Danny says it is drawing a long bow to say it was her.
Now talking about scratches on his face and the activities wih gbc phone duribg the night. Gbc had find.my friends app on phone but gbc said that app on his phone had never been used. So he lied in histext to Allison. Judge says that was pretty stupid of him to lie. Danny says yes and that gbc thought he may not havehad his phone tested.

4.16pm: Mr Boyle said there was a significant new piece of evidence, which strengthened the Crown's case, based on expert analysis by a botanist.

He said the botanist examined leaves and plant material found on the arms, around the head and body of Mrs Baden-Clay and only two species were native to the Kholo Creek bridge area.

He said all six species found on Mrs Baden-Clay's body where found in the garden on the family's home at 593 Brookfield Rd.

"In my submission that would fly in the face of a suicide theory," he said.
