I don't have sufficient knowledge about mobile phone pings and Towers etc. But the fact that ABC's phone pinged at Fig Tree Pocket at 6.31am bothers me. The Police would have more accurate information. I remain circumspect on this matter.

I have a very old phone and it only shows my network (Telstra) but when you get the bill it has the location of each dialled call. My limited understanding is that the provider's records would show locations through the 'ping' even if no calls are made.

Alicat, I thought you were only joking about GBC on the bike. I remember there was some discussion earlier this year about him riding a girl's bike at the roundabout. We all thought it was funny and a lot of jokes were made of it. I even created an animation of a big GBC on a small bike but due to Websleuth's TOS was not able to post it here. So is there any truth to this? It's seems ridiculous that GBC would be riding a child's bike, although nothing he does surprises me anymore.

Yep, and Allison was probably asking him the same question! More to the point TM, how could you do that to Allison? :twocents:

Isn't it just priceless - just as you say - TM is offended that he cheated on her? Hellooo, earth to TM... What kind of moral reasoning is this. Let's see, tells mistress 'haven't slept with wife since.....(insert excuse here, multi choice,) she thinks she is THE only one. How many more will come out of the woodwork I wonder.
Girls/guys - if they will cheat with you, chances are they will eventually cheat on you.:twocents:

I have looked at the footage of OW entering the court building which I didn't personally see as I was already in there. I think it is her husband ( as I have compared him to photos online) in a light coloured suit walking with her. She is holding arms with a female but not touching her husband. All GBC's male legal team are wearing dark suits. I didn't see her husband in the actual court room. OW had female supporters sitting either side of her in front of me. I presume he was in the court room somewhere but I didn't notice him. Or he could have sat outside the court room in the waiting area.

Do the math TM. Where did the youngest child come from? A pumpkin patch?

GBC had no qualms about being intimate with women other than his wife. Allison's diary mentions that he denied her intimacy. Not even a decent hug.
GM had no qualms with giving speeches about the importance of integrity.
GM had no qualms with running around selling houses and begging for large loans, yet denied Allison the security of their own home. He even sold her investment property from jail without consulting her co-investor FFS

Is this what prospective LNP politicians are made of?

<snipped> NB: From one of four signed Police Statements by TMcH
Baden-Clay had allegedly committed to leaving his wife for Ms McHugh, but their complicated relationship unravelled after the disappearance. In one frosty phone call with Baden-Clay on May 27, Ms McHugh confronted him about another affair.
"The conversation did not go well. When I answered the phone, Gerard said, 'It's me'. I think I went straight into, 'I know what you've been doing. How could you do that to me?'
"Gerard admitted that he had been in a relationship with JC and another woman. I basically asked him why I should give him any time to explain. Gerard agreed that he shouldn't have any time to explain.
"Gerard then told me that he loved me. He again said that he did not know what went wrong there and that he believed the police would find the killer," she said.
He told her he would phone her at work the next day, but didn't make the call.
<snipped>
"When I first started working with Gerard, there was definitely chemistry for me. I admired him. I was attracted to him," she told police.
After the affair allegedly started in August 2008, Ms McHugh left her partner and would refer to Baden-Clay as "GM" for gorgeous man. He referred to her as "GG" for gorgeous girl.
They would secretly meet on a quiet dirt road at Pullenvale, in Baden-Clay's Century 21 office at Kenmore and at her home in the inner western suburbs.
On two occasions she went to Baden-Clay's Brookfield home while Allison and the children were away.

So another mistress has now been named in MSM.
TM stated she also went to the Brookfield Home while Allison and children were away!

Why do you ask about pets Zim?

  • #191
Golden cocker spaniel, huh? "Blonde" hair in the back of the Captiva? Possible - maybe?

Pure speculation, of course...

A bit out of the box here...

It is a well know fact that many abusers (mental and physical) and murderers are cruel to animals particularly in their youth.

From Allison's diaries I was saddened by her being taunted and laughed at and told she smelled ! He is not just mean and self centred...he is cruel !

He doesn't seem to follow the motto of his great-grandfather - the connection he feasts on, and yet he somehow hasn't absorbed the fact that the majority of Aussies could not give a tinker's about his ancestor, who at 55 married a 23 year old. And more..

LB, don't start me on his great grandfather! :furious: Something is terribly off in that gene pool IMO.

Apologies if already posted. Trying to catch up on today's posts.

Yes I've seen them around doing groceries etc. they are very much a part of the girls lives. NBC looks the same, EBC looks a little worse for wear. Olivia was at a recent ballet concert.
Does anyone know if the man at court with Olivia was her husband? Might explain the extra money found for bail, with some church support?
I also would like to know why the roundabout wasn't mentioned. Does this mean its been counted out or are they saving that for the next court date? Just thoughts. IMO.

Given the attendance at Friday bail hearing, Supreme Court might need to sub out to Ticketek for next court date. Or by ballot like Olympics:twocents:

I am interested in who has permission to update the 'Peerage' website because last time I looked it said Allison was murdered. If the BCs have thought for all this time that Allison suicided would that not be the information that they supplied to the website - or can any old pleb update it? http://www.thepeerage.com/p53406.htm#i534052

Hmmm, maybe they haven't had time to update site -someone may have been going over insurance policies with a nit comb before filing Friday's fantastical theory :twocents:

I would still love to know what happened at the roundabout and I doubt it will be him riding one of his daughter's bikes. However, if he did do this I will eat my hat.

Someone mentioned the phone signal for FTP at Rafting Ground Reserve. Would he have been so stupid to put it in one of the bins at the park?

Doc, we now know that Allison had a subdural haematoma. I am presuming this would have to occur prior to death. The reason I am asking is if she died in the house and her body carried to the car, if her head hit something during that transport could that have caused the bleeding on the brain or must it have had to occur while she was still alive. There is also the possibility that she was still alive though dying when she was transported.
