Excellent work!! - Thank you to all those who contributed to this:rocker:

The internet connection was at 11.18pm on the 18th, not am.
But it was going none stop for 31 hours OMG - light bulb moment typing this.
Allison's phone had an active internet connection from 11.18pm on the 18th for 31 hours and 2 mins. This brings it to 6.21am on the 20th.
It must have been charged during this time and it seems without interrupting the internet connection (iphones don't last 31 hours plus 14.46hrs the next day without a recharge)
The internet connection was terminated manually at 6.21am on the 20th and restarted when it connected to FigTreePocket 10 minutes later at 6.31am and lasted for another 14hrs 46mins

Who terminated the original connection and restarted it 10 minutes later?
GBC coincidentally sent his first txt to Allison's phone 1 minute later at 6.32am

Just some observations;
GBC was at Brisbane CBD at 11.51am and Taringa at 12.01pm
Taringa is close to Indoorpilly and St Lucia
At 11.59am Allison is very suspicious. So she sends a txt to GBC about "Having fun with your companion?... in the back of snowy..."
This txt is not on her phone records but is on the forensic analysis of GBC phone)
Strange - but may have been an imessage?

12.01pm call from GBC (TaringaCentral) to Allison (diverted to voicemail)
12.02pm call from GBC to 07xxx212 Century 21
12.03pm call from GBC to Allison 53secs
12.19pm GBC sends txt to Allison "...You have nothing to be concerned about..."
GBC phone records show his location is still near TaringaCentral/Indoorpilly/St Lucia at 2.11pm) - long lunch break / meeting?

No doubt Allison's missing phone and/or her apple/icloud account and/or Telstra records will show the internet activity and imessages.

At around 6.30pm on the 19th she called home (1sec) then GBC mobile from Chapel Hill area, I guess after she finished at the hairdressers.
The call from Allison's phone to OW at 8.28pm has been bugging me for sometime now.

Under Oath, I wonder what OW will say about this call?
I wonder if it was even Allison, it could have been GBC using her phone to call for help!

Please excuse my late night ramblings, thinking of poor Allison and the loved ones left to cope with the grief. It's been almost a year now.

MOO/IMO
PS
How come the trial date for the Jill Meagher case has been set for September, and nothing yet for GBC?

Sister, that means a lot to me. Tears...
I lost contact with everyone of my friends, and I had many, and was involved in everything, just everything, but because I couldn't bear to share this journey with them. I left and have remained silent. I loved every one of them so much .

He pushed ( physically) me away from everything I was involved in, and took my position. He knew I was leaving him and took over everything that i loved.
It's hard to explain, so much happened. He made a scene and joined all my clubs, pushed me out. Ridiculed me , any way he could. Hid my keys, locked me out , so much and very very bazaar for a normal person to comprehend.
You try to understand it. They are not Normal!!!!
Actually I DO understand, a bit. No they are not normal. But they will go to all manner of lengths to have you believe that it's YOU that's not normal, not them.
(And if you are not real careful, you might even start believing some of their tripe.)
They are cunning, conniving, and sleuthful. (Not in good way sleuthful.) Selfish, cruel mean and heartless.
It's small wonder the recipient of this behaviour isn't willing to share her woes with friends. Too terrible.
Actually, that's usually another trait of a person: to alienate the recipient from her friends and family. He feels he has more control over her. A user and abuser. And altogether toxic.
It's better to cut your losses and get out. And don't ever look back.
I am so glad you have your children. Now that is gold!
Te he he! And who is the millionaire? *Snicker!

I have a radio steam app that stays on (found out the hard way ) and another meditation one that stays on ( I fall asleep) so maybe it was an app ? I agree with you about the 8.30 call .

Poor Aunty. Well done for being happy
Best revenge xxxxx

Thank you so much to everyone for their kind words.
Aunty, I hope to get that hug one day and sorry for what you have been through. You deserve more than a hug. I guess for you it's a picture of what life may have turned out like for Allison. I also had a message from Allison and she was wondering what the H I was worrying about her for and to just worry about my own kids.

I really can't wait to get Gerard's done now. I will try and get it done ASAP but the rugrats may not let that happen as soon as I would like. But redbull is my friend so we'll see.

Whitechapel, love the thinking in your above post. I really don't have much of an idea about the internet timings etc. I shut off all of my apps and internet when I'm done with them.

MM awesome pick up re the 3 pings.

I just have this nagging feeling about the phone records, it was weird picturing Allison driving around. There is a missing puzzle piece here but I just can't put my finger on it.

Also in my opinion there have been details deleted from these phone records. Can that happen? There just seems to be a few inconsistencies.

Thanks again everyone and Happy Easter. (I'll be putting GBC's timeline together every spare moment I get) xx

Reply - You have to wonder why Allison just didn't send a text to Olivia that night.
Thanks for the timing correction. I remember going back to change it to PM for some reason(silly me,sorry)

As mentioned before where is the text to her friend saying she would drop things off after the conference??
In G's records there is frantic, I mean frantic text messaging going on around 830pm that night. Very interesting. Thanks for the effort of going through these WC.

Agreed. I hate to say it though :/

I currently have 5 tabs open on safari in my phone. Most of them crime sites, they refresh as soon as I open them. Imagine what the police would make of mine!!! :what:

One tab has been open for a couple of weeks because I keep meaning to go back and read it.

Me too and one of them is WEBSLEUTHS !! :rocker: :great:

My first thoughts were that an 'independent internet professional' was a hacker, but when I consider her academic history - it's more likely a hack, as in 'hack journalist'.

So are those phone records gone? Would the police have the originals?
MM you astound me with your thinking way outside the box! Love your sleuthing

Thanks Curiousasacat for your fantastic job with these phone records!!

The word "frantic" rang a bell...interesting isn't it??... especially when combined with this first report & the neighbours statement from committal hearing.

April 28, 2012

The Courier-Mail understands a frantic Mr Baden-Clay rang and sent text messages to several people asking if they'd heard from his wife after she failed to return home on Thursday night. Eventually, he went to bed alone.

March 11, 2013

Witness Julie Tzvetkoff lives across from the Baden-Clay home and said she heard yelling coming from that direction between 8pm and 9pm on April 19.

•Police believe the killer could have taken Mrs Baden-Clay's body to the area as early as 8pm on Thursday April 19

Not to mention, which grown adult does not know what "taking the fifth" means, at least in a general sense? How stupid can one real estate agent be? Seriously, if you feel that is a reasonable explanation (along with the poorly timed unintentional reload minutes before reporting his wife missing), and not something that he later managed to manipulate a scenario to suit the facts, then perhaps its best you excuse yourself from the jury.

As an Aussie in my early 40's the first I had heard of "taking the 5th" was with this case. Admittedly I rarely watch TV. Maybe in America everyone knows what it is, but in Australia it doesn't exist aside maybe in some American TV shows that not everyone watches. I have to agree with others that say that on this piece of evidence that it does sound like GBC could be telling the truth. That is unlike what seems to be the case in other areas like the scratches etc.

So if Gerard texted Allison in the morning of the 20th why does it not show up on his phone records - if it was sent via iMessage then for her phone to have received it she would have had to be connected to wifi ( that's my understanding of how it works anyway) I have it turned off on my phone as it was annoying that texts did not go through all the time

So - he's saying she didn't come home on the Thursday night as early as 8.23pm ( frantic text messages) - he then went to bed and slept soundly till 6:15am
How come her car was there and she spoke to OW and texted her friend Kerri ??

In G's records there is frantic, I mean frantic text messaging going on around 830pm that night. Very interesting. Thanks for the effort of going through these WC.

The text to KW could have been by IM (iphone) in which case it wouldn't show up in the Telstra call log.

Curious and others investigating the call logs...

re GBC texts - It is not that he is a frantic sender of texts more of a case of using group contacts for sharing info instead of sending personal messages.

It's probably inane things such as jokes and the like that he is sharing as the mixture of recipients are the inner circle - NBC, KR, JM etc
eg 19th April 7:46pm there are 6 at the same time - that's a group send... then again at 8:22pm and again at 8:23pm. (Maybe he wasn't interested in what was on tv). It appears he put the phone aside after that one (although the WAP stayed on all night). Things changed at 8.30pm on 19th April 2012.

What is of interest is that Allison is included in this list of recipients and yet she is at home (this was the night she was killed).

Another item re texts from GBC's phone: 21st April 8:25am a very long txt taking up 4 messages was sent to 45 recipients (probably his entire personal contact list minus Allison). I would suggest that this was sent under instruction from his legal team and would in all likelihood be a statement as to his innocence.

Re NBC and what time he was at the Brookfield homestead on the morning of the 20th April and the discussion of why OW and NBC were in different cars.

When we refer to the phone call logs from when GBC 'woke up' on the 20th April he starts with a call to his mother EBC at 6:46am and then 5 calls to his sister OW before 7:40am but none to his father.

I would suggest that his father was in all probably at the house prior to 6:45am (minding the girls as he said to the police) and that OW arrived sometime later.

It would also indicate that NBC was contacted 'for assistance' by the landline (or IM). DPP should have the landline records and would know when the call went out.. Unfortunately we don't have those records... yet.

Not sure what you mean here re phone records TGY? :whoosh:

Do we know who it was G called at 5.10 and 5.11 pm on the 19th and then again at 7.09am and 4.10pm on the 20th - could it have been TM - as according to her statement she was talking to him as he was delivering sausages to his mum
If so it rather puts paid to her saying that she rang him at the lunch break to see why Allison wasn't at the conference

Not sure what you mean here re phone records TGY? :whoosh:

I imagined the hackers could have erased records like the problems they had in England with the media tampering with mobile phones, sorry my misunderstanding :seeya:
