Well she has been found guilty twice now how many times does it take?
I think she was involved and always have. I'd like or rather I would challenge any one to persuade me. Has RG ever implicated either her or Rafael? Has he ever; said one thing that they helped in some way? That's what I'd like to know. Maybe Knox just has a personality disorder of some kind and that is why we saw all the bizarre behavior from her immediately following this crime. That and her drug use; what was her toxicology after the crime any way? I think it's really important to know. Was she trippin on something?

There was a hair sample taken a week after the murder. Although I believe that it wouldn't be accurate to tell us about the murder night because the hair had no time to grow. I don't think she was a habitual hard drug user, but I don't doubt that there was some experimenting with harder drugs that night. Just my opinion.

I know you guys lol. I thought that they had reached a guilty verdict. She was not acquitted in my eyes, she was serving her sentence, found guilty and appealed, she got a new trial and was found guilty again. Correct?
I realize their system is a bit different, in "terms" used but she was serving her sentence as I remember and then got an appeal. And I thought a few weeks ago they reached a guilty verdict; and she stated she would not be returning to Italy. To the Press. What show I dk what link or paper I dont remb. lol.

I've always thought she was involved in some way; or tampered with the scene in some way. I've never felt she was telling the truth. She has AB behind her and that served her quite well. But I disagree; I think she is guilty and took part.

Ah; the ACQUITTAL was overturned. I see that; I think I missed that.

Is the blue thing that is under the boots the object that you are calling the blue mat? If so, that is not the blue mat that was found in the bathroom but it does appear to be a darker blue hot water bottle. If that is not what you are calling the blue mat can you please point out exactly where the blue mat is? Thanks in advance.

The blue object in this photo. It looks like a mat or small rug to me, but perhaps it's a blanket.

It looks kind of soft, like it may be a throw blanket. Can't say for certain....

That appears to be a small area rug that is bunched up. The girls had three more of the same type of area rugs hanging on the wall in their living room. Calling it a blue mat was confusing to me because the blue mat in the bathroom is what I consider a blue mat. Thank you for clearing that up. I am including a pic from the girls living room that shows three more area rugs that are similar. Please know that the site from which I got the pic will be considered by some as to not be a good authority to use.

Yes, it seemed like an area rug to me, too. Does anyone know if that rug was meant to be in Meredith's room, did she usually have the rug in her room? Or was it normally in a different room?

Or was it normally in the hallway??

Omg, it makes the most sense that it would normally be in the hallway.

Thanks for posting that. A lot of excellent pics on that site, actually - and many not available on other sites. Thanks. :)

TorisMom003, the thing with pictures is, there can't really be any bias involved. Unless the site is doctoring them up/photo-shopping them and then posting them. Which in that case, we're all in trouble.

Had not seen this one before.

So these are all the prints Guede left in the bedroom?

I wondered, in the first trial when some other prints were attributed to Amanda ('compatible in size and shape') how did they know Meredith herself had not stepped on the pillow during the struggle?

Is this the living room? And from the thumbnail label, do those lettered placards indicate more of his bloody shoeprints?

That is one interesting couch.

Those are only the prints that were on the pillow. There were other prints that Guede left in the room as well. As far as I can tell the prints on the pillow only correspond to the shoe imprint that has been identified as Guede. I have seen on that same sight another print that was claimed to have been attributed to RS, however his shoe imprints do not match up with Guede's and IMO do not match the impression. However, IMO, Guede's shoe imprint does match the impression.

That is the living room/kitchen area. The large bathroom/laundry door is to the left of the fridge, the exit is to the right of the fridge. The markers must relate to the shoe prints that faded as they approached the exit.

I suppose those are prints on the pillow case.

Based on the floorplan pic, yes that is the living room/kitchen combo. The front door is on the other side of that small wall next to the couch so yes, those are the bloody shoe print marks leading to the door.

It is sourced and you can just look it up where it comes from. These false accusations and aggressive attacks against pro-guilt sites are uncalled for.

If it is then what's the problem posting the source? It's your claim.

Otto posted recently a falsehood about washing machine. It was supposedly sourced, too but somehow there's nothing about it in courtroom transcripts.

There is a lot of false information circulated by some websites. I see it as a problem as it hinders constructive discussion and obscures the truth.

How would I know it? You copied it from some website. It's made up.
Addendum: I took it from the murderwiki, believing it was trustworthy. (GRRRRR)

Guys, can we just remind ourselves to cut out the snark. We want as many people as possible to give their two cents, and some may not post in fear of getting attacked. :(

There is also the pillow case print that the prosecution argued belonged to Knox on the basis that the size of the print is consistent with her shoe size. The defense argued that the print belonged to Guede and it appeared smaller than his other prints because the fabric was folded when the print was made. Massei did not rule on that print, instead stating that Knox was barefoot based on her barefoot prints in the crime scene.
