Has an Amber Alert been issued for Caylee? She certainly fits within the guidlines they use.

The first thing that jumped out at me was this....AMBER plans require law enforcement to confirm an abduction prior to issuing an alert.

With the story that Casey told them, she made it seem like an abduction. LE did not agree. She met other guidlines.
