Please read the story at the link. Amy Quinton was murdered at her apartment close to the University of Utah (where she was a student) by a random violent offender ( Donald Eugene Younge) who is serving a long sentence for rape. He was charged with her murder in 2009 but the charged was later dropped. I would like to know if his DNA has ever been run against the evidence found in Amy's apartment. If anyone can find any info on Amy's case and see if any DNA testing was ever done I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you,
Tricia

Misner says a report from Salt Lake City-based Sorenson Forensics, prepared for the district attorney’s office, found male DNA on Quinton’s phone, on duct tape used to tie her up and under Quinton’s fingernails—none of which matched Younge.

Feb. 21, 2008 - Salt Lake City-based Sorenson Forensics tests samples from the phone and duct tape used in the home-invasion/murder of Quinton. According to defense attorney Michael Miser in 2010, male DNA was found that did not belong to Younge.
