The discovery of human remains halted work on an El Paso Water construction project in the historic Sunset Heights neighborhood.

An archaeological study will look into the discovery after the remains were found under a street by crews digging and installing pipes on Upson Drive.

The Sunset Heights neighborhood dates back to the 1890s and was home to affluent Mexicans who sought refuge in El Paso during the Mexican Revolution in the early 1900s.

El Paso Water spokeswoman Christina Montoya said in a statement that the utility notified law enforcement after finding what was later determined to be human remains

Still can not find anything on Andrew. I scoured the internet. He has also lived in Tampa FL and in Wisconsin. I believe he may be from Wisconsin originally. Sad wish there was more.

I wonder under what circumstances he went missing. Who saw him last, was it suspicious, did he take a vehicle, what does his family think happened?
