Andy Dick's trial for grabbing driver finally to go to court

Andy Dick appeared in court Monday where a four-year-old case against him for allegedly grabbing an Uber driver's genitals was set for a hearing later this month.

"Comedian and actor Andy Dick appeared in court in Los Angeles Monday, accused of groping an Uber driver during a car ride four years ago.

The 56 year-old star’s hearing at LA’s Airport Courthouse came less than two weeks after his arrest in Orange County, California, on suspicion of felony sexual battery in a separate incident.

In Monday’s court appearance, Dick – wearing a black check jacket, white shirt, black tie and black pants – was facing a charge of misdemeanor sexual battery dating back to an in incident in April 2018 involving an Uber driver."
