Angela has a tattoo of a rose or an orchid on her left ankle and a tattoo of a circle with an arrow on her left shoulder. Her ears are pierced. She may use the last name Carlstrom.
Angela's husband, Bruce Chan, was in the military, and had dropped her off at their home on the morning of March 27, 1989 before returning to his station. Two days later, on March 29, her car was found parked along the side of US Highway 126 near Redmond, Oregon. Her purse was in the vehicle, which still had fuel in the tank. Angela was reported missing by family members on this same day. No one has seen her since.
