AS BRAD Pitt and Angelina Jolie await the birth of their first child, they have apparently given an African chief the honour of picking its name.

Namibian Governor Samuel Nuuyoma proudly announced they offered him the chance to think of a name for the baby over dinner soon after arriving in his district Erongo.

He says: "When she goes to the hospital, as the father of the region, I will be informed and I will go there.

"I will announce the good news and I will be naming the baby."

Nuuyoma refused to reveal what names he has considered for the most anticipated celeb baby of the year, which is due within days.

i do have to say i thought the EXACT same thing! where is the helmet on that baby??? she would take a much worse tumble than maddox should brad lose control of the bike as she is further off the ground. and before people think things like that don't happen...i knew a gal in college (this was 30 some years ago) who lost her life when she fell off her bike and her head hit a curb.

Those little kids are so cute. Brad looks almost as dark as the kids are!
It will be interesting to hear the name the Chief will pick out. I hope we can pronounce it! Do they know what sex the baby is? Be nice if it was a girl beings the baby girl is still so young. I wonder if they plan to live over there instead of in the states.

Apparently if any foreign press wants to come to that country, they need written permission from Brad and Angelina. She had her doctor flown in to induce if she doesn't deliver naturally by a certain date. Apparently, they've turned one of the suites of the resort into a delivery room.

I really hate to hear about anyone inducing for convenience. Babies need to cook.

In this case, its not for convenience. If she goes over her due date, they'll induce. She's trying to not have a c-section and if the baby gets too big . . . you know the rest.
