Annnd she's out again.

Actually she was probably just beginning to seduce a new guard or police officer. It might be wiser to keep her at home, so no one else lose's their job.

How can we forget how Scott Peterson was IMMEDIATELY manipulating a female officer once he got to San Q...And "supposedly" gave himself the nic "Scottie Hottie"

I know people are upset she is out again. It does not bother me, because I think she suffers more at home then she ever does in jail.
She is not going anywhere without a few thousand people keeping an eye on her.
The DA needs time to cement his case. Without a body there are many loose ends to tie up, and unlike the check fraud charges, this has to be as close to perfect as possible with no loose ends. Thanks to Casey and her lies, there are way too many loose ends.
She will be going back to jail, for lying to investigators during a missing child case and child endangerment. I see no way she can get out of those charges. I see no way she will get out of all of those other charges. If it takes awhile for the DA to set his case on other matters, then I would rather he/she be sure than rush it, and let her go.

DEJA POO
This whole case.
But at least there's not the shock because we all know that drill by now. She's in, she's out, in, out, in, out. Which I guess you could say that she is sticking with what she knows. (insert evil giggle here.)

I was just watching FoxNews and I finally got to see KC get out of jail. I had to watch her leaving jail twice b/c I thought I was seeing things. She was holding her lawyers hand??? That is very weird I must say? They must be very close. I think I would have a problem with her if I was the wife. Do not hold my husbands hand unless you want trouble...I don't care how "important" you think you are.

Ok I am being funny but she seems to be really good at that in and out routine.:crazy::crazy::crazy:

Look at it this way: When she's sentenced, on that great day for it's a comin....

There will be no "Time Served" special good news coming her way that so often helps shoulder the punch.

No time served KC!!! Go to jail, go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect on days already served. Do your time!!!

What's missing?
I know.....a little background music, what was that song by
KC and the Sunshine Band?

LOL Just pick ANY KC + Sunshine Band song
"(Dance a little dance, make a little love...)Get Down Tonight"
"(My, My, My, My, My...) Boogie Shoes"
"Shake Your Bootie"

They all work for me.

And who can forget the misery of being cooped up in a very small house (>1500 sq. ft.) house with her mother :sumo:, her father :burn: and her brother  ! while the so-called "protesters" :Banane36::Banane36::Banane36::Banane36: gather outside. Her life at "home" must be nearly unbearable. :HBwhiteflag:

Of course she seems perfectly "happy" wherever she is. :Banane37:

Im sure her home life is just dandy... mommy catering to her every whim, fixing her favorites dinners, getting to shower and do her hair/makeup, running to her lawyers office where she gets *ahem* 'pampered' some more and access to phone, computers for many hours, then escorted back home where she can close herself in her room, put on the headphones to drown out protestors and sit at her pc surfing the internet all night and trying to flirt with any guy she can find on IM. She has it just fine.

Yanno, whether we appreciate seeing her running loose or not, that is one of the things about our system in this great nation. Everybody has rights. The right to be out on bail is one of those rights. Even she deserves it, since somebody put up the bucks to get her out. I hate what has happened and I could really hate her for doing it - but she does have rights.

One day, when LE has enough ammo in their gunbelts, CaA will go down like a one-egg puddin'.

Caylee's day will come.

The analogy for me is deep-sea fishing. The fish almost gets reeled in, then runs, time and again; however, it's still on the line. It's only a matter of time.

Watching the ride home live on Fox 35... their caravan was weaving in and out of traffic on the 408 East West at 80-85 MPH - creating a dangerous situation, in my opinion.

Why aren't they being pulled over? This is actually REALLY DANGEROUS.
Because they are the ANTHONYS - they are ABOVE the law.

I am beginning to become more and more curious as to who is paying for all her bodyguards. This looks like a media event more and more each time she leaves the house. Someone told NG that the Anthony's were paying for the security guards. That must be really expensive don't you all think??

Its just my personal opion, but I feel like if the would leave her in jail where she had no access to computer, cell phone or other people, she might start getting nervous and spill her guts. I think she is enjoying "everything being about her, and not Caylee".
Not to mention that she has hours everyday with a sympthetic attorney who will hug her and hold her hand. I just hope he can't keep her out of jail.

you know,... This whole thing is getting pretty old!
casey is in jail,.. Casey is out of jail,..
casey is arrested,.. Casey is bonded out.
protesters
fights
hammers and signs
yellow tape
attorneys bad mouthing le
stalling tactics
lies
ect ect

what about caylee? can someone tell me when "we" lost sight that this little girl has been missing for 94 days??? The family isn't looking for her. Le is desperately trying to find her with no help from the family. The whole thing sickens me!
me too

As much as I despise Casey, It's a good possibility that no contact with Amy, is just standard procedure.

They often order no contact with the victim, unless the victim and the accused happen to reside in the same house. (such as Caylee would be doing, if she hadn't disappeared).:furious:

Baez should have already told her that she absolutely cannot talk to victims, witnesses or potential witnesses, anyway.

But that would require a shred of expertise on his part, so I won't assume he's done that.

jmo

No contact with the victims is standard wording on a bond. The fact that the Judge specifically mentioned Amy tells me that there has been some kiond of contact. I bet Casey doesn't consider any of the people she ripped off are victims.

Someone mentioned standard booking procedures - is she subjected to a cavity search each time she's booked? I sure hope so...anything to make her life a little less comfortable...

Seriously, if this was not so sad, it would be truly funny. I just keep shaking my head thinking, can this all really be happening. Did this girl really commit a crime they cannot charge her with? Good grief, I have not discussed this with ANYONE who even remotely thinks she is innocent. We know LE thinks she is guilty. Why is it taking so long. I agree I want it done right, but they have tried people without bodies before?? Anyway she just looks more and more smug everytime she get out. Her confidence is building. What will happen next? Stay tuned folks............!

I think that might be one of the point of this whole revolving door thing. See if they can get her confidence up so high that she screws up...worse. Apparently all the prior screw ups in stories and such aren't enough to nail her to the wall.

I honestly believe she lives in a fantasy world. Look at her eyes under the glasses, they're almost saying la de da I'm a star. (she wishes)
And holding hands with Baez?
This whole case is becoming a joke, and detoured from Caylee's body being found to Casey and her in and out of jail episodes!
I've never seen anything like it!
