I will look for the link, but TM said Caylee's corpse was most likely buried in a shallow grave in that area, and the flooding unearthed the bag. They also said there was an indentation under the bag, and forensics will be ablt to dtermine just how long the bag was there.
Nice spin for the defense, huh? I guess ZG "repackaged" the corpse, huh? That's almost as insane as saying Casey was a loving mother.

I totally agree. Can you amagine the relief that Casey had when all the searchs were going on and Caylee wasn't found. I would think she would be struggling now.

CA and GA will come to the realization when the foresics and the reports come back. They are in the grieving process right now. I can't amagine what they are going through.

I could be wrong. But I thought I read on one of the media websites that it was her that suggested they not speak to the media and to stay at the hotel. She is their spokeperson right? I am sure their attorney also told them the same. So maybe they both need momentary kudos. LOL

I agree, why waste time standing around a crime scene of some poor little girl who isn't Caylee, why not get all the experts together and start calling all the households in the country? I've never had a call from them asking me if my name was Zenida and if I had Caylee.

She must have missed everything TM said about that area.
It was wet when they went to search it was never dry for TES.
Tim said they suspended the search because it was wet and was still wet until about 1-2 weeks ago.
Also I have not heard Tim ever say that particular area was "cleared".

So the spin is now ZFG or whoever the kidnappers are killed Caylee and placed her in an area Casey and friends used to hang out to frame Casey.
Well, we have yet to hear the WHY's from Casey.
Why are the kidnappers teaching Casey a lesson?
Why did the kidnappers take Caylee instead of harming Casey herself?
Why is Casey sooooo important to these kidnappers that all this has befallen her?

I was wondering the same thing....BUT, IF, IF, IF someone moved her and placed her there, then WHY would there be either fingerprints or items of Casey's or things from the home associated with the discovery??? Someone trying to frame Casey....they "lifted" her prints or DNA from a cup or something of hers and put it with the child??
If nothing else, then Casey was an accessory to the crime, or yet again, obstructing justice. Combined with the Amy charges, there STILL would be enough charges to put her away for what you would consider life...by the time she'd get out, she DEFINITELY wouldn't be entering any "hot body" contests....LOL OK....maybe a geriatrics "cleanest false teeth" competition.

I know this is reaching because one of the first places insect activity occurs is the face, stomach, vagina and rectum (sorry to be so gross). I just wish for Caylee's sake that all that can be determined is clearly determined.

I totally agree did the A's not get a new attorney upon there arrival from Cali for the LK interview a Brad Conley or something like that. Seems since he came on board we have not seen CA/GA on camera talking.

I find it to be at the least odd. I guess suspicious works as well. How did everybody search and not discover? And why would it be under water? Was it weighted down? If so I've missed that somehow.

It was underwater from the storms this summer. That area wasn't able to be searched for that reason.
There's no confusion. It's simple. Shortly after she dumped the body, the storms came & covered her tracks, till now.

Maybe it was just a friendly advise.Or maybe their own atty did.
I wouldn't represent them if I'd see that they are permanently working against me.
I thought that maybe LKB told them to shut up because what they were(and still are) doing is hurting HER case/casey's case.
