In my HO take them to the MI office, let them veiw the remains, That has Precious Caylee's hair. Force them to see the condition that poor baby is in, then let them blab thier mouths and say its not Caylee.

oh and off topic, If in the same postion as the A's I would have demanded to see the remains , I know odd but I would just have to see them for myself no mater how hard it would be.

Well, the only question in my mind is why was it not discovered a long, long time ago?

If it's Caylee it has nothing to do with the facts of the case and the direction everything is headed.

There just is no plausible explanation as to how it was missed that close to her home.

How long did the areas remain flooded after the storm? What was the date of the storm that caused the flooding?

Yes - I think he was trying to say that they wanted "full disclosure" from the state. He wants to be able to examine the crime scene WITH LE so he can supervise verything first hand. He doesn't want to examine the scene after everything has been moved around and isn't the same as it was when the body was discovered. Too bad Jose - they don't have to let you do that.

Oh I don't know, maybe they know what they are talking about. After all, Casey seemed in jail to possibly be trying to tell LA things. Then she got out. She may have been on house arrest, but GA, CA, and LA weren't. When she returned to jail, the other three was still free. So maybe they do know what they are talking about when they hint the bag may have been moved.

The hardest thing in the world for me to do was to leave the ER,leaving my son's body behind.I just wanted to hold onto him longer.
I hope and pray G and C are having similar feelings.I think they loved Caylee.

It could be that, or it could be that he wants a chance to control what evidence is found or not found. IE removing or planting evidence.
