Lost/Injured Missing from Virginia Beach, Virginia since August 31, 1993

Age: 15 -- Height: 5'10" -- Weight: 150 lbs


During Hurricane Emily on August 31, 1993, Anthony Turner, a Chesapeake surfer, was missing and presumed drowned after chancing the churning waves off Virginia Beach. Anthony was last seen by two companions about 10:45 a.m.
