Wow. I surely have the most respect for CAYLEE. I had seen many people using abbreviations and thought that it was done for a reason. Please don't imply I don't have respect for her, that's a little harsh.

It is harsh and absoultely uncalled for.
There is no rule about spelling out caylee's name. Each poster should do what they are comfortable with. It is not necessary for other posters to demand that others spell out or don't spell out caylee's name.
I understand why people think that it is a nice thing to do and I spell it out myself. however,the internet is full of abbreviation and K-lee is just another one of them.
So those of you that continually "correct" others..knock it off and do what you think is right and maybe others will just follow your lead.

I just watched a video of the Anthonys on the Today Show on Oct 21. When asked why they have not been to see Casey, Cindy said because too much of the focus has been taken off of finding Caylee. Casey wants the focus to stay on finding Caylee and not on her. So ok, Caylee has been found, the focus is off of finding Caylee. So now what reason does the Anthonys have for not going to see their innocent, greiving, needy daughter, except that Baez does not want Casey on tape, laughing and smiling and having a visit with her fit to be tied mama?

Hi, this is my first post. Isn't it time that everyone in the A family comes clean, tells the truth and takes their punishment? Seems to me, the unwillingness to do so created the monster in the first place. To continue in this insanity is, well, just INSANE!

Welcome and great first post. Yes-coming clean seems the logical move. I am not sure if logical is a priority to this family if there is any chance whatsoever that they can lessen their own perceived responsibility.

loved it when on JVM show yesterday and Monday when the MEs were asked about why the defense would want an autopsy they both implied that they didn't and the one yesterday simply stated "postering".....

I heard that too from several ME's. The forensics are completed, the remains have been turned over to a funeral home, and Caylee needs to be buried with the dignity she deserves.

I can understand that the Anthonys wouldn't want to have Caylee's burial and memorial services to be held during the Christmas holidays. Although, I'm sure that all future holidays will be difficult for the family. But saying the defense needs to have their experts perform another autopsy is exactly that - posturing. There is nothing that will help the defense by doing a second examination. They're stalling for some reason.

I would hope that by next Monday, with the holidays over, the Anthonys will announce the funeral plans.

The defense doing an autopsy really makes no sense when the manner of death is undetermined. That finding only helps the defense case as they can say the state doesn't know what happened to Caylee. What do they think, the ME missed evidence of a broken neck? I hope the second autopsy unintentionally brings more evidence against his client.

At first I thought LE should hear what they have to say and if it's valuable enough then go ahead and give them immunity.

Now, after thinking about it longer, plain and simple they just cannot be trusted. Sc**w Em. Who needs their conditional honesty? Their day late and dollar short pretense at wanting to do right by Caylee. Why no plans as of 12-31-08 for Caylee's funeral? Are they now holding the bones of that precious child hostage for self protectiion? Will they ever look back and see how many times they stabbed Caylee in the back? I may need to go to the rant thread. JMO
