Since Caylee was never truly "missing", just murdered, unreported, then lied about....I consider poor Caylee in another category than a missing child. I find it vulgar that the A's don't.

The myspace site states:
Checks payable to: Help Find Caylee Marie Anthony
The shirts I have seen not only have Caylee on them they also
list a bunch of other missing chidrens names on them.
I don't see what the problem is with them selling them as long
as they do what they say they are going to do with the money!
Here's the problem as I see it:
So far we have heard many misleading statements from the Anthony's. I don't trust what they say any longer.
The only Missing Children agencies that the Anthony's were working with are NLHF and KidFinders. Both have come under fire .The founders/directors of KDFs have criminal records....serious ones.NLHF did not have a charity status and when questioned their website quit working.
GA said he was considering becoming a spokesperson for KDFs.Even if the donations go to them GA could benefit indirectly.
Who is following the money? How do we know the A's WILL donate the money?

Why the need for the buyers phone number?
Maybe for future help with upcoming projects?

Could be. I wish I had some insight or understanding for their actions, since I too hold to the belief that they HAD to know what had happened to Caylee from day 31.

And if they truly believed that someone else had killed their granddaughter, why has there been no outcry for the public's help in finding the killer? The only reaching out going on here is to reach into people's wallets. I worked retail when Dale Earnhardt died and the rush to buy his metalcast cars to me was sickening. These people were like scavengers. I can't understand why George and Cindy would invite scavengers into their lives, asking for personal information...when PayPal would be so much quicker. (Sorry, I couldn't resist)

Are you kidding me?
LOL!

They are selling the inventory of shirts that were made when she was
missing... they are not making new ones and for all we know they are
selling the ones that have "fly home angel we miss you"

If they threw them away some would say "can you be live they
did that... see they don't love Caylee"
and if they donated them some would say "can you believe that they
just gave them to people that probably don't even know Caylee"

I mean really.... JUST WHAT can they do that would be right?
NOTHING!
It's sad.
My hope is that not one person on this board has to ever be
in their position!
How would we know any of this if it hadn't been made public by THEIR representative? They didn't throw away the shirts so we won't know what others would say.

I am right there with you. Vulgar is exactly what this display is.

Because they have alienated the public with many of their past actions they are being scrutinized. They brought that on themselves.
I don't think anyone has faulted them for finally keeping quiet.
I also think if they had thrown out the Caylee is Missing t-shirts few people would fault them. It would be understandable.
Selling the t-shirts as memorabilia at a profit is disgusting JMHO

Do they still have the info. up re. selling this stuff? If so, there are no words...And no surprises! At least they are what they are! Or, to quote CA, "It is what it is".

MOO

I think they call this 'MURDERBILIA" (spelling ?)

  • #250
yeah thats what its called- ugh

This whole aspect disgusts me ... I start to feel empathy for the A's and then something like this; just brings me back to loathing them!

I think they ought to donate all the shirts to whatever prison Casey winds up in, so she is confronted with them everywhere she goes......

:clap::clap: Thats a great idea. Would be one less shirt per prisoner that all of us tax payers would have to purchase for them.

Checks are not madeout to the A's

Checks payable to: Help Find Caylee Marie Anthony

Who is the registered owner of this website, anybody know?
:)

Hmm, the idea of t shirts being sold is odd, but then I think someone wanting to purchase one is even odder.
The fund was suppose to go to help other missing childrens families after Caylee was found so if thats happening I am all for selling the tshirts. Money for searching is hard enough to come by so every donation whether for a tshirt or not is a blessing.

I checked out the jfc website and they had a page that said t-Shirts and Braclets will be here soon. I wonder if they are going to sell them.

They should do nothing with the shirts and bracelets for now. No sales. No giveaways. Nothing.

I would think that with all of the media attention, that they would be so ashamed they would stop selling them. I guess they don't care about the fact that so many people are disgusted with their constant thirst for money.
I think those shirts should be placed at the memorial.

They should be gathering dust in a garage waiting to be discovered in another 10 years when the new owners of the house move in or something. Of course their priorities have always shocked me.
