Anyone Else See Tim Miller on CNN Headline News Today

Why wasn't Tim called as a witness?

I guess for the same reasons why the "Cell phone pings","Diary", "Jailhouse letters","Bountyhunter" and other evidence that was not introduced. Who knows. Anyway I know hindsight is 20/20 but I sure wish the prosecution would have done what defense did and thrown everything out there and see what stuck with the jurors. So what if the trial would have lasted another week or so. JMHO

If this doesn't work look for featured video on the site. Martha McCallum interviewed TM today not one of those two and a half question jobs but a nice interview.

All this stuff that wasn't brought into the trial .. I don't get it! Does anyone know if the video or at least testimony about the reaction to Caylee's remains was indeed kept from the jury (I know JB wanted it kept away from jury). I mean, what did her reaction mean except she knew she had been caught, and also her failure to react when they thought they found bones at the park... that probably wasn't introduced, as well. So many things that the jury never heard.... :maddening:

Did anyone else catch Tim Miller (Texas Equusearch) in a short interview on CNN's Headline News this afternoon and get it taped or transcribed?

I couldn't get it taped quick enough, but thought it was verrrry interesting - I do hope someone has it on tape, but wanted to get these notes I scribbled down until a link to the actual piece is available:

1) Tim talked about ICA in "her little shorts and midriff top and a big smile" bebopping around the house, staying in her bedroom with absolutely no typical mom reaction (no crying, etc.) like his prior experiences with mothers of a missing child

2) Tim asking George's friend how George was doing and the friend saying George was working but the little B**** (ICA) knew what happened to Caylee and wasn't talking

3) Cindy telling Tim she hired him to get out there and find a live Caylee, no matter what LE said, Caylee was still alive

4) Tim showing George a map and telling him since he (Tim) was from Texas he had no idea where to start searching and to get ICA to come help. George had Casey come out and they asked her and she got mad and stomped back to her bedroom.

5) After 4 days of searching, Tim talked to Cindy and told her that he knew she didn't want to hear this but he needed help as to where to find Caylee's body, because the faster they found it the more evidence LE would have to find out who did it, etc. Tim said he will never forget Cindy's response when she replied "YOU BETRAYED US! YOU BETRAYED US!" and then it all went downhill from there.

Wow, I'll tell you Tim is a fantastic witness to what was going on in the home at the time, and makes you realize how really strange and weird it was  (and how he is a fantastic person doing what he does for others too).

The interview I saw, had him saying he was thinking of suing either Casey Anthony or the Anthony family in court.

I can't recall what for, as the moderator seemed surprised.

I do recall him being asked or told by a lawyer, "well, unless they specifically hired you or called you", .......OR "money changed hands".
I suppose like a contract to find the little girl.

He said something then in response but i don't recall what he said now. He was "pee-oed" for sure.

He also said that in over 1,000 cases and hundreds and hundreds of parents and relatives he NEVER met anyone like the Anthonys before.

He said that when George A. came in the door from work, he said, "Is this the CLOWN you wanted me to meet" (or words to that effect, very very rude words! :waitasec: And this was their first meeting.

He said, he believed they (GA & CA) knew far more then they were admitting to.
He said (when asked) about the LE, whether they TOO believed the same, that "he didn't want to open himself up to a Slander case, but YES" (or some words to this effect) basically answering the question with an affirmative.

I hope Miler sues the Anthony's and wins. It just seems like he has so little chance since they were searching for a dead child anyway, even though Cindy wanted him to search for a live Caylee. Maybe he can recover the appropriate costs for the searches they made for a live child. I feel that KC should really be held accountable for the costs though and not the A's even though they did not seem to appreciate Tim's efforts. It was all because of KC's lies that prompted a search in the first place.

Hmmm. I'm angry about ICA's acquittal and didn't know what could be done to help Caylee now. I guess we can't help Caylee since her mother and the defense team is now dancing on her grave, but I am going to make a donation to Texas Equusearch in her memory so they can find real missing children for families who appreciate their help. It's disgusting that strangers care more about that little girl than her own mother. Caylee is long forgotten; all Casey cares about it getting out of jail.

Great idea! I think I will also make a donation.
