Apollo 10- Space Music?

The 'music' if that is what it is comes about two minutes into the video. I am not versed in this stuff but this sounds a bit like some of the sounds picked up by radio astronomers - in other words i think there may be some natural explanation for what they heard. The story looks to have been hyped.

I do firmly believe there are others out there- I doubt however if they care we are even here, we're probably not real interesting.

Whatever this was that happened nearly 50 years ago, why was it never revealed to the American public? Seems to me that we were entitled to know a lot sooner.
