the area is more built up now and you would not get the exact same search as in 2008 is what the FBI said

It appears that Brad just did a search in that Zip Code area to see IF there was a good spot () close by because he would not have alot of time to do his dumping of Nancy ( ) as he knew he would have to leave the kids home alone. He even admitted he didnt know Fielding Drive area at all..Well, It appears in heinsight, he did as he had googled it Yikes..and as AnotherSleuth just said, that drop cloth purchase that morning gives some insight just what Brad had on his mind when he went to work that morning

How is this important? Does it change the fact that BC searched Google for Fielding Drive where Nancy's body was found -- before she was killed?

It is important because it contradicts what Det. Chappell testified to. He also did not search Fielding Dr., he searched his own zip code which is 27518.

Not seeing all of the evidence (parts blacked out and parts I wasn't at a computer and didn't take the time to go back and watch) I still have gaps that I wish I could fill in. One is what time he arrived at work on that Friday. Two is the complete phone records and emails sent/received on that Friday by both NC and BC. It would help me to complete the picture.

So what? The agent testified that BC searched Google Maps to find a specific place, which just happened to be the place Nancy was found.

If I don't know a street name I will search something nearby. The search parameter is not important.

what IS important is that he made the search, and manipulated the map with a closed hand icon to get exactly where he wanted to be. Exactly where he was going to dump Nancy Cooper's lifeless body.

Is it possible he did use the drop cloth he purchased?

Is it possible the other drop cloth in the garage in a Target(?) bag was one he wasn't aware of or had forgotten about?

Not sure we'll ever know.

I do hope a witness goes back to those records and connect the dots there. Since the phones (BB and BJ phones had been pretty well cleared, they will have to go to the TW records and the AT&T records of the traffic not the substance so much :-) Brad did a fine job covering up his hardware memories it seems..Just forgot about his googling on his work computer ... Guess he didnt think of everything ..and ran out of time to finish his coverups...dang those nosey friends, nosey neighbours, dang dang dang :loser:

I agree I think we are missing a few pieces. I went back to watch the At&T guy yesterday and still found the testimony confusing. They seemed to be jumping all over the place. They alluded to different cell towers but have not really been specific. I was thinking that they would put an expert on re: the cell pings both for July 11 and July 12 but now that they seem to be winding down I am wondering if that is it!!

There was testimony that at 10:49 a call from Nancy was off a cell tower different that the tower near Cisco and then at 11:34 the call from Nancy pinged on the tower near Cisco. So from that I am assuming he arrived at work after 10:49 but before 11:34.

I wonder what Brad did during the hour or so after leaving Lowes??..Wasnt he there purchasing drop cloth around 930AM..Maybe he drove around looking for a close spot that was still undeveloped??..Maybe he spotted that area, he later googled to see it more clearly in order to plan his route from his home?..Who really knows at this point????

Yes, he was at Lowes at 9:30....so he did have a bit of time not accounted for.

I was thinking someone would bring this up. Do we know if Daniels is the last witness for the prosecution??

Dont know if Daniels is the final witness or not. BUT I do think it will be the prosecutions closing statements that will tie it together for the jury. IF my little pee brain would question that,( time lapse between Lowes and Cisco arrival) then there has to be one of the 12 jurors who would wonder too??..BTW..I do hope it isnt Cummings who does the closings..just saying cause his voice and tone sort of makes ya zone out somewhat..IMO anyway :blushing:

IIRC Detective Daniels is the last prosecution witness.

They should have just asked Cisco security when he badged in.
