Heard there were three fatalities there?
Believe two children lost their lives there...
Heard there were three fatalities there?
Not specifically about any of the alleged eyewitnesses to this case, but this is a completely true story that happened to me just this morning.
I was driving fairly early and got behind a pickup truck that was carrying some furniture, especially a large headboard for a bed. It was not secured very well and began moving from side to side in the truck bed. I noticed this because it looked pretty nice, possibly antique and I knew it would likely be damaged if that kept up, but I passed the truck and a mile or so down the road pulled into a convenience store for my dose of caffine.
As I pulled up to park, the truck pulled in too, but at the very far edge of the parking lot, probably just to secure the load.
As I pulled up to park near the door, one of the guys working in the store came out, and spoke with a guy driving a tow truck. I had to wait while they walked through the area I was going to park in, and I backed into my place in my RED car.
I got my drink, and I had gotten out of my car very close to the guy working in the store, and spoke to him as we were walking into the store. When I got up to pay, he said "are you guys moving?" - I am sure I looked puzzled because I did not understand the why he would get the idea that I was moving, then after a few seconds he said "Oh, I thought you were driving that silver truck."
Now, he looked directly at me, saw me at close distance, saw me park, spoke to me, and saw me get out of my red car, but only a minute or so later thought I was driving a silver pickup truck that did not get to within 50 yards of the building.
What weight would you give this witness if he reported a store robbery?
A woman from that Lowes called in and said everyone was okay. Some minor injuries, but they all managed to get to the back of the store. Every car in the parking lot was damaged she said, and the entire front of the store collapsed.
Is that the Lowe's where BC bought the drop cloth?
No, 34 miles away.Is that the Lowe's where BC bought the drop cloth?

So you think he killed her before 8AM and then dumped the body when he was later riding around with his girls? Now that's not being a good dad. Allowing them to to see him sling their nearly nude, deceased mom in a ditch is beyond sick. But if that's your theory.....
We went to Rocky Mount for dinner, saw no damage, thankfully. People beside us said you can't get to Wilson on 581 because of the downed trees and poles.
Has anybody heard from NCSU95--I have just scanned a few posts and didn't see anything from him and I'm worried.
I hope and pray everybody is safe and sound.
But items Brad did have cisco receipts for. Wonder where those items went?
I will respectfully disagree. I do, however, feel we can agree that there is only evidence that a call was made and answered.
I think there's some confusion about the "missing" Sony laptop. There was testimony from the FBI agent that the "receipt" for that laptop showed it was purchased by a co-worker's of BC's, and never would have even been in BC's hands. I don't see how this is "missing" at all.
And as to having a VOIP account at home--there's been no testimony to indicate that was on a Time Warner account. I would assume if you're bringing home Cisco equipment and using an IP phone, you'd just use the Cisco internet line, not a land line. So, he would not have needed an FXO port or a Router that is compatible for that system. Can someone please correct me if I'm wrong? I just don't see the connection between having an IP phone in the house (which he still had on the 12th by the way, according to testimony) and generating a call on a Time Warner land line. It's two different systems that operate in two different ways. We have no testimony to say he used the IP phones on the Time Warner line in the past. Thanks for the feedback!
Starting to thunder big time out here near Archers Lodge/Applewhite Rd. area. Windy, dark, and thunder rolling in. Somebody here posts from Zebulon too, I remember that. And IIRC NCSU is in the Holly Springs area where this began.
I don't have a theory, but that wouldn't have been it. He could have done it at 7 and left the girls in the room watching tv.
