According to officials, Booth is believed to be missing and is considered endangered.

April Booth has been missing since March . Booth told her daughter at the time she was attending mental health rehab, but has not returned home since.

A few weeks ago, in mid-June, Booth's daughter got a call from an acquaintance that gave her condolences for the "loss" of her mother. Booth's daughter contacted family and friends, and they claimed that Booth was residing at a home with a man on Francis Avenue in Cleveland.

Since the daughter contacted police, they have checked the medical examiner's office, jails, and hospitals but have found nothing. Booth is described as a white 38-year-old female standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
