You all are the ones that keep saying LE got it right. LE told at least two of the VI that BC phone was found in CL's home and that was her theft charge. It couldn't have been removed from her home and in AL car both. Also, if the phone was found in AL car they could have immediately determined it was her's by the serial number. So why did they let a known felon escape. They didn't have to wait for a court order to hold him, not with him being on parole. They let him slip away. Based on what I know to be facts, no my opinion hasn't changed. As a matter of fact, it raises even more questions. But hopefully come ALs trial those questions will be answered.
