A Motion In Limine is a motion to try to prevent something from coming into the trial, such as evidence, prejudicial statements, etc. Sounds like they are still trying to prevent statements or other evidence from being made against him.

Hey he's the best one Green Stamps can buy. That part probably dated me, didn't it?

pappa rob, remember how the books of green stamps would be all curled up before you even got them filled? I didn't collect them but my mother did. I was the unfortunate person who had to put them in the books, lol! Child abuse I tell you!

*I have to be out this morning so I will have to catch up when I get back this afternoon. Does anyone know if the trial will at least be voice recorded? I'd really like to hear the opening statements!

IMO, AL was thinking this trial was going to be like the tea party he has been having. Reality is about to hit him in the face, IMO! How in the world will he be able to keep his mouth shut when horrible things (truth) are being said about him in open court? He will probably choke in anger when the prosecution does their opening statements!

I simply cannot bear this you know what. I absolutely hate it that he is even from my state!

I thought about this yesterday and if you think if it logically, he is the one on trial, so it is technically the arron lewis trial. I know a few people yesterday wanted the media to use the #justiceforbeverly hashtag, but after giving that some thought I came to the conclusion that the media is supposed to be impartial and strictly fact driven, so maybe it would probably be seen as "unprofessional" or something?
