Hi, yesterday LE said they took the picture at the accident scene. This is linked here somewhere.

I thought so at first, according to many news articles that said that "deputies " took the picture at the accident scene, however, one article stated that the department spokesman, Minon (sp?) said that the "picture was taken after the accident and prior to transport to hospital" (paraphrased... ) I am looking for that article now, might take me a few ... Darn it!

Minden said that the photo of Aaron Lewis was taken following a car accident in the 8700 block of Jacksonville Cato Road near Mt. Ison Road at around 9:55 a.m. this morning.
