Late last night (stayed up later than usual to see if Beverly was found) while getting ready for bed I went and shut the window, since it was chilly outside ; and thought about Beverly being tied up somewhere, cold and afraid.
Then this morning, terrible news.
This monster, Arron Lewis , has no further use to humanity, imo. Take him out and be done with it. There are no 'programs' or 'rehabilitation/counseling' that will help him, again my opinion.

Rest gently, Beverly. I never met you, but your photos show a kind lady with a bright smile ! You did nothing to deserve this.
My condolences to all who loved you !

What about the witness account of a 3rd car and one backed up next to the other one? Hard to forget about the 3rd car. Wish we knew more about that. I can't discount the accomplice or 2nd participant thing just yet.

Rest in Peace Beverly. So sad for this family.
Was one car backed up to the other one or was it backed up to the house as in the garage maybe?

I'm not sure why some are surprised at his stupid moves in this case. Contrary to what you see on television, not all criminals are masterminds. He strikes me as not real bright and impulsive.

He didn't tell LE anything. LE found her body from a tip that was called in after midnight. He just wants to plead guilty today and get it over with. There is nothing rational about this.

In the press conference it was asked if any tip lead to the discovery of her body. The response given was that, no, LE figured it out by themselves. They seemed very arrogant in taking sole credit for that. That was one question I was waiting to hear because I still don't believe he masterminded this alone, although they clearly said he acted alone.

I have some things to do, but afterwards, I will find the witness statement that this came from and post it.

I dont think he planned this crime as otherwise he would know they will be right after him since she had his number on her phone....jmo

Or maybe he just isn't too smart.

I thought they got a tip. I am tired as well because it was a long night. I've got to do some things around here as well. This 🤬🤬🤬 used to live around here and I obviously missed him. I wouldn't have lasted long with someone like this and hate think what would have happened if we had crossed paths. I don't well with "ballistic" people. I do think he was using.. he had to be. It made him more psychotic,

I don't think he is originally from Arkansas, on his friends list on FB his cousins are all from California.

Im not surprised that people are coming forward now that he is locked up and they dont have to fear him.

He's been busted here, in my neck of the woods.

I agree with you! I don't know why he said the name of someone, he's too proud and a braggart...why share the glory? I would love to know what drugs were in his system too.

Saying the name of someone else creates drama, and makes the case a bigger spectacle to him, IMO. I think he was a certain degree of crazy, but I 100% believe he knew right from wrong.

It’s a case that resonates in central Iowa. In April of 2011, Ashley Okland was shot twice and killed while working inside a West Des Moines model home.

The person responsible for her death has yet to be found.

West Des Moines police told Channel 13 their investigators continue to monitor cases around the country where a realtor is the victim of a crime of violence, and that they’ll be following up soon with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

And its possible this may not have been his first rodeo.

"A tall skinny white man got out of the truck to pull up the one he was showing the house to," a neighbor said.

What does that mean? He was showing the house to someone? Who is the he in this statement? This is a poorly reported statement. I mean was the reporter not confused by this as well? Seems not? It makes no sense.

I agree. It makes no sense - even if you put an s on the he to make it she. They need to take out that statement of the article - confusing. IMO

I have to bring up this whole iPad ordeal. First of all, LE is not going to let the family hold onto the iPad and sync it with her phone. They probably didn't want the family touching the iPad in any way, shape or form, because it could provide them the very valuable evidence they received in this case. All it would take is a little user error from a grief stricken family member to botch that. The police kept the iPad, IMO, and the family may or may not have been privy to whatever was downloaded on the device. Just MO
