When I saw his injuries my first thought was that BC had caused some facial injuries so AL caused an accident to cover them up/add to them. Somewhere it was stated there were no brake marks on the road prior to the crash so possibly deliberate.

Yes, one news article did state that a former co-worker said he did not turn in his keys when he was fired (or quit. I don't know what they say happened with his job.)

I don't know if companies can have all of their heavy equipment keyed the same or not.

My parents own heavy equipment. For theirs, there is just one, say CAT Brand loader, and all of the CAT loader keys will fit that loader. I think they are or can be keyed the same.

why would any one do that before they have seen the house and decided they want to buy it? no one is gonna turn over money to an agent in the hopes that maybe they will buy a house.

I was thinking on the terms of a deposit. The title company will get it anyway. I am sure it could be refunded after week or whatever with a fee. It could even be transferred. There has to more protection for these kind of situations. Nothing is free.

I think alot of people feel this isnt the end of this story. Hopefully LE is still investigating this case.

Can anyone see any visible injuries to his face in the photos or videos of him just one day after he was in the car accident? I can't.

BBM I know he had injured his face in the car accident however I would assume that the first thing that the nurses would have done when he arrived at the hospital was to clean up his bleeding wounds. I doubt he left the hospital in the same condition he entered. (Meaning I doubt he was walking around with blood all over his face.) Just an observation.

And remember him saying when the reporter talked to him (I think it was from the back of a cop car but might be mistaking) that he had been in a car wreck and hadn't even been to the hospital yet? Ummm yes you did, and you ran off! I'm thinking drugs play a huge role in his mental status.

I agree fully, unplanned!

I seriously think this was one of his scams. I think he is a manipulative scammer. He is also highly narcissistic and emotionally stunted. His Facebook, is loaded with evident low self esteem and points to his relationships with women being his evidence of self worth.

Like any red flag abusive personality he would be very charming, and it is evident on his Facebook that any new relationship is met with many gifts in the beginning. Such as the one last fall, about start, buys her a puppy, a car, maybe even a house (according to his way too public Facebook drama) ... It's all correlated to his self worth, being good enough...

So I am guessing that the breakup or pending breakup of AL and his wife, spurned him to either reach out to someone new, or in an attempt to impress his wife back, led him to seek out this home and BC.

I think it was a real estate scam he set up, I think BC, caught on rather quickly once she met him and called him on it, I think he reacted... Violently.

He didn't pre-plan her murder, IMO.
He is a reactive personality, not a proactive.

Entirely my opinion.

I do remember reading in the comments on some random site in the beginning of this case a former CO , from when AL was incarcerated stated that AL is one of the most dangerously manipulative inmates he had ever dealt with (paraphrased) ...

I completely agree with you and TripleA. I think something went wrong at the showing that either set him off or made him suddenly see her as a huge target.
I still wonder about that silver car, but maybe he was driving it and someone else was in the truck. Obviously, either of these could've been stolen. Or maybe the neighbor is mistaking. Only time will tell, I guess.

His face was probably even cleaned up, to some extent, in the ambulance on the way to the hospital to get a better idea of his injuries, etc. He was arrested 24 hours later and didn't have any blood on his face or even, that I could see, obvious signs of trauma on his face or person. I just don't think he was cockroaching around town with blood smeared all over his face. MOO.
Cockroaching around town :giggle:

Oh I agree. I think the car accident was karma. :)

I can't wait for LE to go through AL's phone and computer history, data logs, websites visited, etc. The results will probably be VERY damaging to him in court. What a creep!!
RIP Beverly

Now I realize many of you are going to start throwing things at me as soon as I mention my thoughts on this topic... ( ducking) but please just hear me out. ;)

I still 100% believe that the bloody face photo of AL is indeed a selfie. ( notice I am not suggesting that beverly did it to him or took the picture)

I think that the selfie might have taken with BC phone right after the accident, (it was probably a better phone) in AL mind, better phone, better selfie!

In the conversation posted of Instagram argument between wife and gf, wife mentions a texting app that AL uses to hide his texting activity ( there are such apps) ... Even taking the photo though, with in an app, sends the info to your cloud... I am not going to claim that BC husband had her iPad, or ect! I will say though that the technology that was talked about at the presser probably included her cloud, I'm sure the techies at the pd had access... Maybe even saw the selfie at the pd when it was taken.... Just opinion, but if it was then printed at the pd.. The MSM would naturally assume that deputies took it... See below.

However it happened I believe that the reason that the bloody picture was distributed with the arrest warrant was because IT WAS USED to obtain the warrant (there has to be proof of something presented to the judge to get an arrest warrant signed)

I. KNOW. Many are going to now say that MSM stated the deputies took the picture... HOWEVER I believe that they jumped to that conclusion when the warrant was issued with the picture.... No where in MSM does it state that any officer stated that the picture was taken by a deputy. I did however find MSM articles which stated that was no explanation for the photo other then it's disbursement with the warrant.

Furthermore, the deputy who wrote the accident report stated AL was already being treated by MEMS when the deputy arrived on the scene. I am sure their first priority was to clean up the blood to find from where he was bleeding

And why would the police distributed a bloody faced picture... As if AL is going to run around town with blood all over. Wouldn't the officers intent be to take the picture after with the small scratches on his head and the bloody lip, cleaned up? To show what AL would look like amongst the general pop?

Okay, lastly... It looks like a selfie, like a " poor pitiful me" selfie.... There are trees behind him, not an ambulance, you can see where his left arm is extended... If the deputy would have taken the picture, AL WOULD HAVE HAD MORE OF A LOOK LIKE HIS BOOKING PHOTO... HARD LOOK... Remember, he probably has a huge dislike of authority...

I know, I know what many (but NOT ALL ) MSM reported, but it just doesn't make sense.

Sense says that AL took this photo of himself, with BC phone waiting for the ambulance after the accident and deputies got ahold of it, printed it off and used previous information along with the photo "proof he had BC phone" to obtain the arrest warrant, and rush to the hospital to arrest him...

That's my two cents though, and I'm sticking to it...
Commence throwing stones now :)
