I dont know what to think about him taking the phone home with him. Pretty stupid. I hope she wasnt killed over a phone.

Yes stupid or a sign of someone who did not plan on someone being murdered. I don't know what to think about the phone. It's been one of the greatest mysteries for CL too. I know had she known a stolen phone was in her home she would not have allowed it. much less a stolen phone of someone who had been killed.

I am sure. He probably just broke her heart time and again. Did any of you or her friends, find it odd that she married him so fast? I mean they hadn't known each other long. I know it has been discussed on her before, that he seemed like the type of guy that had to have a woman all the time. Even his FB comments, would state he broke up with someone and was back in the dating game. Whereas most people would be like, maybe I should not be dating right now. I just assumed that since she and TL had been divorced for several years that this quickie marriage must have been out of character for her. You may not want to answer this but do you know if they met online?

I shouldn't have even posted the drug test at ualr Info because like I said, it's been a little over 10 years since I attended.

So are you saying they only charged her with the theft by receiving because the phone was in her house? When did they find it? If that truly is the case, it does sound like they rushed that arrest to keep her from going out of town like you said.

The theft by receiving was charged on day they before they arrested him, while they were still looking for him on the manhunt. They hauled both she and her daughter down to Sheriff station. with her daughter screaming and terrified. Took their dogs to pound even though she begged them to allow her to call a friend to get them or to put them in back yard. The pound would not give her daughter's dog back. Said LE relinquished the dogs to them and they adopted them out. The daughter was crushed. CL cooperated but they kept telling her she knew something. They kept her there 8 hours. That is day they found the phone. She had no idea it was in her house. She had been gone all weekend. She has gone back to the Sheriff office freely since that time asking them for her phone (they took her personal phone and she gave them the password). They kept telling her they were still investigating.

What I think and I could be totally wrong is that AL carried BC phone with him everywhere he went that Thur night and then brought it home. Maybe they used cell phone tower info to find her body and the phone at AL house. He was a suspect before he wrecked his car that Sunday morning when he was being followed by LE. CL was not even home when that happened. She stayed the night away. She did go to the hospital when he called her. She was clueless what was happening at that time (meaning AL was being investigated for BC disappearance). She found out like the rest of us on the news. When she went to hospital he didn't tell her. But apparently AL knew to be paranoid because he was trying to lose LE tail when he wrecked his car. He was being followed by LE and tried to speed up to lose them. At that point CL was still in dark and going on with her life as usual. That is why I don't think she knew anything. That and my observations of her both during that time and since.

I won't report what happened on this one but she is still very close to this guy's family and he is not if that tells you anything. As I said before, she did not make good choices in men. That is her only crime.

I did some research and false positives for PCP can occur with some prescription drugs and possibly even Benadryl.
I didn't know that.

Yes I did the same research myself @savvyrose. Her medicine she has to take for her Fibromyalgia is one of the drugs that will throw a false positive for PCP. PCP is angel dust. not even a common drug in our day and age except when laced onto marijuana. remember the claim the ex husband made was about meth use. The daughter had to testify and verified that even AL didn't do drugs to her knowledge even though the daughter hated AL. the hair follicle which is way more accurate (remember taken on same day as false positive pee test) showed NEGATIVE for drugs in her system, including pot or pcp. She had passed a drug test for nursing school a few months ago (this was her 1st semester). She does not do drugs. I'm 100% sure of this fact. I would bet my life on it.

I understand. I'm open to all theories as long as there is not the lynch mob hang her at court steps mentality. Any discussions or open debates I can handle. I just don't like the trash talk because her children can see it. Facts are facts.

First, I think that what nojustice said could very well be true about her being arrested because they thought she might flee. I'm sure they already had the phone that was found in her house. It could have been a quick charge to get her to stay while they gathered evidence.
Second, as I posted right after her body was found, the phone is not what directly led to her body. It may have helped and would have eventually led to her body. However, it was someone who worked with AL that had been talked to that day about the dump truck being stolen from the Argon shop in saline county, that called police and told them to check Cabot later that night. It was a combination of his possible access because of keys, his knowledge of the plant from his short employment with argon, and the ex coworkers gut instinct that led to the discovery of her body late Sunday night. (Past Midnight before they found her ).
Also, that coworker said AL had been fired for selling drugs while working.
Moo because I have no links supporting this theory/. Just local/inside knowledge of the party that helped LE.

He lied to CL on the reason he was fired then. I told her at the time his reason sounded fishy. I never believed a word out of his mouth. CL ex husband's NEW wife called the Sheriff and told them she was about to leave the county (to bring the daughter to them). I think the new wife did this because she was trying to help her husband get an upper hand in the custody battle they were already planning again after the Sept 2014 wage garnishment for child support had greatly lowered their income.

@savvyrose your information is very interesting. I always wondered how they found the body. Has anyone heard how BC died? I have heard rumors that supposedly came from the family and realtors she worked with but I won't post them here out of respect for BC family and because I do not know if they are rumor or fact.

I'm 100% for protecting the innocent children. I can understand you being upset by things posted on CL's FB page that her children did or could have seen. However I don't know why they would be on Web Sleuths reading posts. I would think the father should be monitoring their Internet use while also protecting them from the media releases. I know I would if they were my children. Hopefully since they are in KS now they won't be seeing as much on the news as they would if still in AR?

I've never looked at his FB page. Not one to go around on pages I'm not friends with but that is just me. He is a good father from what I have seen. Another friend talked to him and he does not believe CL is capable of doing this and has known her most of her life. They apparently grew up together and were married for many years. I'm not going to say bad things about his parenting. None of us know how we would act in these situations. Has to be traumatic.

Was she taking tramadol for pain? That was a common one that showed up as PCP. Also, I just found out that an uncle of mine who has never done PCP in his life tested positive on a urine test years ago and he was taking an antidepressant called Effexor. After much research, he found out others had tested positive for PCP on it also. A hair follicle test cleared him also.

I would think LE probably drug tested him soon after arrest? Not sure. I've only witnessed a few individuals methed up in public places. It's very evident when they are tweaking. IMO AL didn't appear methed up, but I'm not a drug expert.

I get it now. I had not thought of it that way. It is just that her charge for stealing the phone was dated at the same time AL arrest warrant was. Or at least it was that day before they found her body. I wonder why they didn't use the warrant and arrest her the day (Monday) they had her in for questioning. She was not arrest for that until several days later. Just so odd. Would it really take from Thursday to Monday for them to research BC's phone pings?

I just looked and she was not arrested until 10/9/14 for that charge and the warrant was issued on 9/29/14. Strange they waited 10 days to arrest her when they had her right there for questioning. I guess they had their reasons.

IMO... LE waiting the 10 days to arrest her leads me to believe they really did their "homework" so as to make certain they did not make an arrest on weak evidence...

Mzopinion8d, I agree with your entire post except that LE would remove him if the lease is in her name. In arkansas, once a person sets up residence at your house , having mail delivered there is enough , they have to be evicted thru court to be forced to leave. The police can't make them leave. I know this because my dad tried to get the woman that killed him escorted off his property but they told him since she lived there, they could not make her leave.

Nojustice, what else did CL share with you about the hospital? She picked him up there? It is believed that he stole the dump truck after he left the hospital and my theory was he stole the dump truck to get into the plant without being noticed to bury her. If that's true, where was Beverly before that? And if it's not why he stole the dump truck then why else?
I wonder if the park he took a picture at and posted then deleted from Facebook, was where he had her at first?
CL didn't know what was going on? But as soon as he went missing from hospital his picture was all over the place. How could she not know he was being investigated for the disappearance? She would be one of the few Arkansans who didn't know if that's true. And where did she say she took him and why?

Absolutely bizarre. Thank you . There isn't a lot of mystery surrounding my fathers murder so I haven't discussed it here. We know who did it and how she did it. The why is answered by her drug past and record of more than one person having a no contact order against her. She is a mean, ugly,violent woman. My father taking Pity on her was to his detriment. But that was how he was. No one would go hungry or without shelter if they showed up at his place. He didn't have much but he shared all he had. He was a kind soul. I miss him very much.

I understand how that would look to someone who does not know here or is not close to the situation. Did you happen to see the remarks from her attorney. I can't remember his exact words but it was on KATV 7. Try to find that video and watch it and maybe you will be enlightened by what he had to say about the difference between CL and AL. I know her. I can't explain it but I know she is not capable of any of this. There would be no reason for her to participate. Another friend knows for sure she was at school that evening. I can't speculate on LE or their motives. My guess was as I posted earlier they think she knows something and think by placing her in jail with no bond they will break her. I'm sure they have the best intentions to solve this case. They just don't have the right person. I do however respect your opinion @moonlit

I don't understand if they really knew she was in school that night they would charge her... In one news video it said she was charged with the exact charges.
